Two man team arrived early to attach a new thatch to our Breeze House. Professional service, walked me around the work they had done with a full explanation and cleaned up completely after themselves. Very happy with the service we received!!

This is the second time we have moved our Safari hut. the two man team hailing from Stoke (we are in Norfolk) arrived early and did a great job of dismantling and after some issues with the posts and the sub-floor (sorted with Head office and now replaced) returned and put the hut up in very short order. Fast, friendly and efficient, thanks!

Wow, this company is amazing, from start to finish we had first class service, Edd at Nottingham, nothing was to much trouble when we were selecting, had follow up from head office on installation and the guys arrived on time and worked non stop, first class job,

First class company and great customer service. We love our Tea Hut and have had for just over 10 years. We have just got the thatch roof re-done and the guys were great, it didn't take long at all. They were really pleasant and tidied all the loose thatch before they left and explained how to keep the internal lining clean. The service team were great at keeping us updated and booking everything in. Highly recommend this company

We have had our Safari Breeze House since 2006, which consisted of open sides and canvas covers. Over time we changed the thatch roof to the longer life combination thatch. Now in 2025 some 19 years later with no sign of wear and tear or even issues with the wooden structure, we decided to Invest in an upgrade in filling in the panels with glass above and a book case in one of the rear sections and with a glass door. We also changed the internal roof lining. The installers were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish we were pleased. Now we can look forward to enjoying this even more. We would like to thank everyone for the kindness and the excellent service we received.

From seeing the superb Savannah on display to getting it fitted in my back garden took less than way expected. I was very cautious about paying upfront before the fitting. Obviously had not one single issue from purchase to installation. It’s truly amazing 🤩 the service was great. The guys who installed were so professional and very tidy with tool boxes, and made no mess.

Great service from start to finish, Jayne Lewis looked after us at the show site in Leek, explaining everything without any pressure sales, and advised us on all options available. We opted for the Mara with combination thatch, high lighted roof, reading nook, heating and lights. Two great guys erected the breeze house exactly 2weeks later, very professional and respectful of our needs. Looks like it will be Xmas dinner in the breeze house, big thanks to everyone at Breeze House.

We have had a Breeze House for more than 10 years and it has withstood the weather very well over this period of time. We decided to upgrade from canvas sides to 2 glass panels sections, one glass door section and a bookcase section. The guys who came and did the instalation were excellent. We really like the look of the new panels and I'm sure we will use the Breeze House much more now.
If I have one grip it is that the door comes with a handle and door catch, which is a bit flimsy and we would have prefered to have a door handle with a lock on it.

The whole experience was excellent from the initial phone call and follow up conversations. We went to Penrith to see the product and were very impressed by the Mara house and all the information passed on to us. We've been kept informed every step of the way. The delivery men who set up were excellent, very professional and worked hard. We are thrilled with the house.

I found The Breeze House company extremely professional during the construction of my breeze house and very respectfully clean during and after build! everything went without a hitch! It looks absolutely wonderful in my garden I am so pleased with it as it’s a big talking point when I have guests

We were well prepared for our installation, but the team were amazing. Ours is the smallest ‘room’, an Oasis, but as we have just moved into our downsize house after the family home, we are over the moon with our addition to the small garden.

The team arrived right on time to re-thatch the roof of our garden building and were extremely efficient and tidy, as well as polite and friendly.

we purchased a Savanna from Breeze and could not have had a better experience. We had the ability to configure our House from an amazing choice of options, agree an installation date to suit ourselves ( which we had to change and was accommodated without any fuss), and paid for a couple of weeks before installation.
we took up the offer of a factory visit which is well worth doing if you can afford the time, just to understand the process and care taken to make your ideal home. As for the installation day, great engagement from the logistics team and we could not have asked for a better team of fitters.. Jason and Sam both professional polite and knowledgeable and very very tidy! super work all a great team effort. As for the Savanna home , it’s superb!
