Absolutely recommend Brentham Furniture. The service from start to finish was excellent.
Andy was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer all of our questions, helping us with the finer details of the furniture, securing us a great price, and keeping us updated on delivery every step of the way.
Andy and Jimmy handled the delivery and were both fantastic. They took great care bringing everything into our home, positioned the furniture exactly where we wanted it, explained how to use the recliners, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. They also removed all of the packaging, making the whole experience completely hassle-free.
The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The level of care, communication and professionalism from everyone involved made the process completely stress-free. Found Brentham Furniture online while looking for a unique sofa to finish off our newly decorated lounge. We chose a Tetrad Kensington sofa, which really looks the part and has completely finished the room perfectly.
We had never used this company before, but we’re so glad we did. Not only were the prices extremely competitive, but the customer service was fantastic from start to finish.
Andy was brilliant at keeping us updated throughout the delivery process and even personally delivered the sofa and helped us get everything set up. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does.

Yesterday I began the process of purchasing two Stressless chairs. I thought I knew which model and design I wanted so just had to find a reputable company with a competitive price. I began with a firm that I'd previously bought from and trusted and then contacted Brentham Furniture online. They responded with a phone call and were very friendly and attentive to what I wanted. Their verbal quote was considerably cheaper than the one I had from the other company. When I asked Brentham Furniture for a written quote they agreed to send me one but then realised that I wanted two chairs and not one as they'd understood. Rather than just double the price, Andy, the salesman told me that he would work on the figure and get back to me the next day. True to his word, he called me early today with an even more tempting quote which I immediately accepted. The price has been a major factor in the sale but the friendly, interested service has seriously affected my decision to deal with this company. They have been professional from the first call and Andy has gone from being a stranger to a friend overnight. Brentham's are a family business that make you feel part of their family. I cannot speak highly enough of Andy and the company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I shopped around for my particular furniture, and decided to go with Brenthams due to the price point and great feedback. Ordering was straight forward (although I would of liked the opportunity to see the items quality in person, but there was no showroom close to me unfortunately) I went ahead with my large purchase of 6 items. The customer service was fantastic with curtesy calls and updates on delivery etc. Andy was particularly helpful, a real asset to the company! He went out of his way to deliver early, helped bring all the furniture in, helped us with the unpacking and took away an enormous amount of packaging... which I was especially happy with. My mum ordered the stressless chair, which has now become the focal point in our house! Everybody loves it. so much so we have ordered another one. The exemplary Service provided from beginning to end made life so much easier.
