BREO BOX Reviews 

Don't buy i ordered in June 10,2020 an today is aug 12,2020 an never received anything took my money . I have emailed to nothing but excuses on why they haven't shipped it I'm warning you don't it's a fraud company. An now bank can't do anything because it has been to long . So I gave away 158.00 pretty much.yes I know it stated that it would deliver in July. An it's now 2nd week of Aug so your company isn't a good one at all . I've received 4 different emails an everyone gives a later date then the first 5,8,11th so when will it ship tell me that

Just received a Breo Box as a birthday present and was pretty disappointed in the products. Although the items sounded cool, the quality of the products was very cheap. The first item was the Ace of Spade LED portable projector. The light is incredibly dim and the room needed to be almost completely dark to see clearly. The projector also has to be 5-6 feet from the screen or wall. That meant I was either sitting next to or behind the projector to use it.
The second disappointment was the Veho TA-8 phone cradle and wireless charger. It came with 2 mounting options. A suction cup for the windshield or an air vent clip. The suction cup mount lasts about a day before your phone comes crashing down while you’re driving. The vent clip is loose and the phone swings from side to side when you make a turn. Also, it’s not comfortable having the power cable hanging from the charger to the center console of the car where the plug goes.
When you read about breo box, all they talk about is the cool “tech” items they distribute. So I was more than a little bummed out when the last 3 items had nothing to do with tech. The last four items were a picnic blanket, a Mute nose applicator to help with snoring ( I don’t have a snoring problem) , one Approach Apparel exercise band, and a letter explaining that the massage stick I was supposed to get was sold out and I’d be receiving it in 2-3 weeks. What the hell Breo Box? I’m sure the items are useful to some people but not me. Hopefully, the quality of these items is better than the projector and the phone cradle.
If you have a choice between a $150 Breo Box and getting something else you’ve wanted for a half the price, I’d go with something else. I feel like I have to apologize to the friends who bought the Breo Box for me for spending so much and getting so little.

I wanted to like Breo so badly but was informed the week after my purchase that they oversold their spring box. The two options were to do nothing and simply get the summer box when it came out or to get a refund now and automatically be recharged when the summer box was ready. This was going to be a birthday gift so summer is not an option. I’m disappointed because I went back and forth quite a bit over the $189 price tag but the reviews were great. I responded to the email that I wanted a refund and got an auto response that may take 2-3 days to get a response, which is also unfortunate as I need that money to purchase a different present for my dad. Though no fault of Breo this is the second time I’ve been burned by trying an expensive subscription and I’ll just keep it local in the future.

I also didn’t really get the sense that they felt all that bad, the email really made me feel like I should be ok with this because they’re a small company and so busy and honestly I should expect things like this to happen. I don’t feel like their email was an attempt “to make it right” by the customer.

The best customer service ever and the products are fantastic and you can't possibly buy the products individually for what the box costs its a total bargain. but I happen to love the boxes them selves they are reusable and wooden and make great storage and craft boxes truly one of my favorite subscription boxes can't live without it!

I love Breo Box! The items in every box are unique, fun, and useful. This is the one box my husband doesn't mind me getting because he can steal some things from it. haha Well worth the price! I always get more value than what I paid. And I absolutely love the wooden boxes it gets delivered in because I can re-use them for storage around my home or for gifts. Customer service is also fantastic. They are quick to respond and make sure to take care of any and all concerns. Highly recommend Breo Box!!!

Aside from being more than satisfied with the Breo Box as a product, customer service is also top of the line! I had an ordering/
billing issue recently and assumed it would be a complete nightmare trying to get everything squared away.

With the assistance of Aleks, problem was solved in a couple of emails. In fact, he went above and beyond the make sure my accidental orders were immediately cancelled and refunded within 48 hours. He is so kind, prompt and a diligent communicator. Outstanding service! Thank you.

I have been a subscriber since the second box. While I have not loved every item, I have found a discovery in every box. The items that were not for me have always made a great gift for friends and family. The customer service is responsive to any questions or issues. I subscribe to several subscription boxes and this is definitely one of my favorites. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I always love everything about the content in the brēō box especially the different colors of the boxes. I'm trying to find space in my basement to store them :-)

Though sometimes not to my use or desire, I love the quality and uniqueness of the products. My house is getting a bit overloaded with wooden boxes so I hope the presentation delivery can change up occasionally to a different, but still reusable packaging.

Honestly, when I joined the subscription I thought the item shipped would be of a higher caliber then those I've received so far. At least that was my impression from doing research. I'm keeping the subscription with the hope that they will get better. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this input. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised in the future.

I love BREO! They offer new and innovative products that I would not think of buying on my own. There is always things for me and for my husband on each box, so is very gender balanced. Also, BREO caters to a wide age range ; it can be a hit in a household with teenagers but it is greatly appreciated by parents and grandparents as well! I just would like if they release spoilers earlier. It will be a deciding factor when considering buying multiple boxes.

I love this company so far. Have always received a prompt reply to all of my emails. I love this box! Can’t wait for the perks. Next box after this I’m platinum!

I followed reviews of Breo since inception. I couldn’t believe the quality, it almost seemed too good to be true. Each box had at least two/three items I knew I’d put to use immediately which more than made up the cost of the entire box. I took the gamble and 4 boxes later, I have not been disappointed. The rest of the items have made unique, quality gifts.
