Customer service impossible to reach
I ordered multiple trousers, at arrival the box was not closed properly and two trousers were missing. I tried calling emailing and after 3 emails I got a reply to claim it at DHL. According to DHL, the only party who can claim something is the one paying the transport costs (so not me) again I emailed breuniger, but I just don’t get a reply. Meanwhile I still did not receive a refund of 114 euros.

I love online shopping, and with the Breuninger app everything is super easy, with lots of discounts. The customer service is also very easy to use, and the team responds quickly and helps with anything.
Worst online retailer
The return and refund policy and practice are borderline criminal. After 1 month of waiting, still no refund and plenty of excuses. Horrible, horrible customer service. Don't order from them unless younreally have to.

They ship to the EU but not France…
Why do you ship to every EU countries surrounding France but not France ? I don’t understand why you would purposely avoid shipping to French customers…

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered couple of items from their website and I needed to return one item because it was too small. After 10 days they still haven’t refunded me.
In addition another item has a defect and I contacted the customer service via both email and phone, their well delayed response was ridiculous and incorrect. I replied back to them and I heard back nothing from them.
Be aware of their poor services, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an allegedly “luxury clothing store”.

Waiting ten days and still no refund!
I sent a shearling jacket back to Breuninger ten days ago since it was too big and I have still not received my refund! I have sent them ten e-mails and have received zero responses. I am now waiting for a refund of nearly 500 euros and will never shop in their online store again!

Paid for DHL Shipping, Parcel Delivered by SDA and Returned
I would also like to point out that I paid an additional €10 for DHL shipping. However, once the parcel reached Italy, it was handed over to SDA / Poste Italiane for the final delivery, which unfortunately led to the delivery failure.
The delivery address provided was correct, and I did not refuse the shipment. Nevertheless, the local courier marked the delivery as unsuccessful due to an alleged address issue and automatically returned the parcel to the sender, without offering any possibility for redelivery or pickup.
If a shipment is advertised as DHL but is then transferred to a significantly less reliable local courier for the last mile, this should be clearly communicated in advance. In my case, the choice of last-mile carrier directly resulted in the failed delivery and unnecessary inconvenience.
The issue here is not the return itself, but the lack of transparency regarding the shipping method and the mismatch between the paid shipping option and the actual delivery experience.

Click and Collect
I purchased items for click and collect. It arrived to the store after 2 days from ordering as per stated online. Upon pick up, I was greeted kindly with the customer service representative and was asked if I wanted to try on the items I purchased. I was able to return the ones I did not like right there and then. The ladies in the cashier were very kind and helpful. Great customer service, which is hardly received in Stuttgart!
