Still haven’t received my order after more than 2 months!

UPDATE:

Now that I have posted a public complaint, they suddenly respond in order to appear professional to potential customers. Please do not be misled by this.

The company has been unreachable by phone and does not respond to emails. Even here, they claim they will send me a link via the Trustpilot review platform to request further information, but no link has been sent.
This clearly shows the kind of company you are dealing with.

Order number: 103145776.

Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I am now forced to consider legal action.

I still haven’t received my order after more than 2 months!

I paid but never received my product. Customer service does not respond, does not provide any solution, and does not reply to emails at all.

Their phone support is almost impossible to reach, I called around 8 times, only managed to speak to someone twice, and each time I waited over 2 hours! on hold.

After multiple attempts to contact them through every channel, nothing has been resolved.

I am now taking official action through consumer authorities and my payment provider.

Very unreliable store. I strongly advise against ordering here

I definitely do not recommend it! No one communicates, and you won't get your money back.

I definitely do not recommend them. There is absolutely no way to contact them. No one answers the customer service line, and when you email them, they say they will look into it and get back to you, which never happens. They did not ship my order, and when I track the shipment, I can see that the package was not handed over to the carrier, yet the shipment status says it has been delivered. I have no idea where to appeal to get my approximately 450 euros back. You have no rights as a customer. I'm tired of fraudulent online stores.

i have tried to purchase a Parajumpers jacket…

i have purchased a Parajumpers jacket online through the Czech version of the website, for 2 weeks there have been no any changes to the order status, then i get a message that my order was canceled and can't be delivered. i waited for another few days for the refund, nope that didnt happen either, so had to send them a reminder to refund my money, lets see what
happens next.
PS. they Breuninger wrote in the trust pilot review that they would like to contact me directly regarding that order, however that didn't happened, (i am not counting the refund confirmation to be a contact with a customer regarding a terrible service)

Shopping environment, but customer service to be improved

The shopping environment is very good,only the customer service not so flexible. We have German residence ID with us, but to apply Breuninger Beyond Card, we were requested to show passport. Which info do you need, but cannot get from ID card? Nobody could explain us, so we left and were very unsatisfied. And because of the issue, we finally could not finish the payment.
