The sales person was nice and efficient. Communication could have been better between purchase of product and install. Installation was difficult—from working with installation manager to an install job that that was not acceptable. They did try to fix install problems, but why would it take three times to make it right? I had same job done 1 yr ago by another company and they had none of the problems that this company did.

Was very knowledgeable I had a problem with pet odor at rental. So we were putting in new carpet but the carpet installation crew reported that new carpet would be only part of the solution, the used a product it was amazing. They kept me in the loop and had time for me when I stopped by

I am very happy with the tile and grout that I ordered. However, I am extremely unhappy by the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and employees. I am a patient and understanding person. I don't get in a fit when something I order isn't available immediately. That said, when my tile was unknown status I didn't mind because I was told the warehouse would call me as soon as they had it. A week later I call to check up on it and the tile had been there the whole time. Frustrating, but I pick it up to get started on my project. Just needed my grout to come in now. Fast forward a month of calls promised that never came, me having to constantly check up on the grout order, a wrongly ordered grout, and finally having to go into the store and say explicitly someone needs to call me with updates since it has been over month. I finally got my grout. The worst part was when the manager threw his employee under the bus and didn't try to make the situation better. To not take responsibility and try to make amends shows poor leadership to the customer. If I have to use this company again, I will use a different location. Hopefully I can find my tile and grout elsewhere where managerial skills and communication is key.

Joe at the Enid Office has worked with my property management office and help me meet my maintenance goals. From, carpet, plank, tile, and vinyl flooring to remodeling shower walls, and replacing second story partical board flooring, Joe has been great. Not sure how he does it. I know I would have a hard time doing my job without Brewer carpet and Joe.

The quality of the floors once finished was completely up to my expectations. In some ways it was even better. The upstairs bathroom color and design was even prettier than I imagined. The tile downstairs really looks first rate. In the shop the personnel were very helpful, but they only showed me the highest quality and priced flooring options until I asked for something more cost effective. There was difficulty with the timing and lack of communication. We were expecting the job to be started after a certain date, but it happened earlier. That wouldn't normally be a problem, but the shop knew we were expecting company. We had word from the shop that it would probably not start the job until after our guests left. However, the job started before they came and just barely got finished a few hours before the guests arrived. I'm not sure why the shop didn't put more people on the job to make sure it got done sooner. Also the installing man didn't seat the downstairs toilet correctly or replace the door of the dishwasher correctly. So we ended up with one of our four toilets leaking and a leaky dishwasher while we had guests. The shop manager delayed many days even to come look at the situation. Then he finally agreed to pay for a plumber of my choosing to fix the problem. It took almost a month for the check to arrive in my town, but I did get full payment for that plumbing work, which I only partly expected to see. The people were all courteous and hard working. They even let me have a small discount when I asked for it, if I paid in cash, which I did. So I'm glad we had the work done, but it was hair raising while the job was being done.

We have a large area of 3 rooms to be tiled. Initially there was not enough crew to do the job in twice the time given. As they laid more tile it was obvious that it was uneven. Two trips back for the crew made it obvious it could not be fixed. The manager, Dan, tried to convince us it was right. . After about 3 weeks they came back and removed the entire job. Once they did the job correctly with levelers and spacers the job was acceptable. The job took about 6 weeks, one of which we were out of town. I don't think they were totally honest either.

Brewer's helped us replace our downstairs flooring after a broken pipe flooded the apartment. They worked with our insurance and got the new floor put in right on schedule. They had a variety of options within our price range that looked nice. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Choosing everything for a new house can be overwhelming. I had pictures of what I was going for and they found all of it!!!!!! Even gave me a couple of suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. I loved it all. I loved too that I could see a sample if I needed to b/c I wasn't sure the color was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Will definitely use them for all my flooring needs!

Sales staff showed us lots of options; suggested Karastan for quality and wearability -- right on! Bought big box store carpet 6 years prior. Carpet wrinkled and wore poorly. Carpet One experience was exactly opposite. Knowledgeable sales staff wasn't pushy -- presented options. Karastan had a rebate at that time, and was well worth the price. The installers were tops! Arrived on time, worked hard, and finished laying 2000 sq ft of carpet in one day! Overall, we remain very pleased with the sales staff, installers, Karastan carpet, and how it is wearing. Will definitely buy from this store when we get ready to redo our tile bathrooms and remaining tile floors.

They are friendly. I wish they had given more information on the wood floor I chose for my home. I would not have purchased this type of floor had I known that you can't mop it!!! It is also so thin that it can't be refinished. It took the contractor that placed the carpet 3 tries to get it right. They didn't stretch it just stapled it to the old tack strips.

Placed an order July 27, 2016, Order was back ordered twice. After communication that material was at the Shaw warehouse ready for pickup, we got to Shaw warehouse and the material was NOT there. It had been put on a truck for delivery to the Edmond warehouse. WE then had to track down the truck and wait to get it off truck. Then we get home with the pallet and most of boxes were NOT what we ordered. Called and talked with Crystal and she would send a truck for pickup the next day and boxes of what we had ordered (which they did). But she also told me after communicating with her manager, they would make it right with us with a refund and have not heard a word since August 19, 2016

Working with Mark Holland was great! Mark is very detailed and focused on making sure the entire purchase experience goes exactly as he describes. We took forever going through countless carpet options. When Mark got involved he guided us to a decision in very short order. The installation crew were the most experienced I've seen and, in my opinion, they were the best in the business.

Overall, a great purchase experience with Brewer Carpet in Edmond. I'll recommend to everyone I can!!!

Estimator was courteous, informative and on time. The gentlemen that performed the carpet installation were on time and courteous. They were careful with our furniture and newly painted walls. They cleaned up very well after work was completed. The pricing was also reasonable.
