I had a very good experience in store picking a tile for the back splash. My granddaughter was there and helped me. The clerk was very kind, informative, and helpful. It was a good price for the quality of tile. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tile or flooring of any kind to go to Carpet One on North May.

I shopped several carpet outlets, but found exactly the tile and carpet I wanted at Brewer at a very good price. All appointments were kept as scheduled and both installation teams were prompt, quick, and professional. Highly recommend Brewer Carpet One.

Great sales and instal and repair

After going to Lowe's to take advantage of their 'free installation' deal and wasting two hours of our time, we decided to check with Brewer Carpet One and see what they had available. They were very helpful, charge nothing to do measurements nor try and lock into a contract by doing so. We explained the kind of carpet we were looking for within a certain budget and instead of trying to sell us something more expensive or less quality, they had enough selection to find us exactly what we were looking for.

They were very expedient in setting up installation (within the week in our case!) and were very open about discussing cost breakdowns and helping us pick and choose what we wanted to pay for in the extra services they offered (like moving our furniture for installation) and with what we choose to abstain from. The installers were very professional and dutiful to their work.

All said and done, the project cost us the same amount as if we would have gone through Lowe's even taking into account the 'free installation' but they were so much more helpful, open to questions, knowledgeable, and we ended up with a better product overall and services.

You have nothing to loose getting a true estimate from this company and everything to gain if you're looking to have carpet installed!

The materials we ordered were delivered in a timely manner. The overall quality of those materials was very good.

The contractor recommended for the work,by Brewer Carpets, was ok but I probably would not use them for any additional work. Job supervision was not very good.

Had an issue with our flooring being delivered to the wrong place. No one apologized for this mistake. Didn't seem to care that we drove all over town and wasted a day of install trying to get our flooring. Brought it to the store manager's attention and he didn't do anything. Once you've paid in full they could careless about providing great customer service. Will not be back.

The installers were prompt and laid my floor with no hitches and in a timely manner and my floor looks great. Jimmy was our salesman from the Edmond store and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional and a joy to work with. We will be going back to him on our next project.

The quote and date of time of service was exactly as scheduled. The quality of the installation was excellent, and I'm very happy with the carpet itself--it feels luxurious and looks great.

The carpet and pad are so soft our vacuum would not work so we had to buy a new vacuum. We should have checked this out before hand.
Brewer staff were efficient and installed all the carpet in one day, and moved all the furniture back. Super job.

We've used Brewer for two big flooring and shower projects. They are awesome. Good help in the store and good installs. No complaints and we are 4 yeatrs past one project and 7 months past the last one.

Crystal and Mark were so helpful with our existing home remodeling and with our choices for our new Home in Glenhurst Villas! Pricing was great, had no idea they could compete with some of the big box stores!

Excellent work - good price - quick install

Great quality of product but the local store customer service with communication was absolutely horrible. They started 4 days behind schedule and I had to call the district supervisor just to get the local store manager to return my calls. The district supervisor had to bring crews from the city to get the job finished on time. No communication what so ever on their end for scheduling delays.
