A big thank you to the staff at Alton
A big thank you to the staff at Alton . I went to get a couple of paint samples and as I got near to the store I got a puncture in one tyre.
They provided water for my dog and directed me to the garage next door . They even offered to assist me in getting home .
They both performed above and beyond offering all the help possible.
And the paint was OK as well
Highly recommend for the outstanding service

Alton branch specifically is amazing. Not just one member of staff but all of them. Always happy to go out of their way to help with problem jobs. There commitment to helping me also means I have happy customers. There should be a 5 star plus for extra brilliant branches of brewers.

Great service from the staff at the…
Great service from the staff at the Alton branch, as always. Richard the manager helped me with my paint order and cross checked prices of various brands. He then carried it to my car and safely showed it.
Amazing customer service from knowledgeable staff, which is why I always go to this store

Why go to a DIY superstore?
Ordering online was easy, prices fair, goods were available in store when stated. And the store is staffed by people who know their subject. What more can you ask.
