Brewers Decorator Centres - Cambridge (South) Reviews 

I went into the branch for product advice before ordering a paint tinted to a colour of my choice. The branch staff were very helpful (as they have been in the past). The paint had to be mixed somewhere else, as they didn't stock the right base at my local branch, so I ordered the paint through Brewers website. The turnaround was excellent, and the paint is great. I would have given five stars but it was delivered by Fedex who left it outside round the side of the garage, not in the porch as requested if I were out. In fact, I was in all day, and the video doorbell shows that Fedex didn't come anywhere near the door.

Easy pick up after ordering and paying online. Easy parking too.

Excellent service. There was a glitch on the website which meant I couldn't order one of the things I needed, but the online customer services team were quick to sort it after I reported it. Cambridge South branch then delivered as quickly as they could.

I was told delivery to the store would be five working days. After 6 days I contacted the store who knew nothing about the order. It is now almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for any information. Disappointing!

Brewers is a very professional organisation and the staff have superb knowledge wrt their products. I received some invaluable advice from the manager at their Cambridge Clifton Road site last Saturday. His name was Andrew. Thanks Doug

The delivery was taken by my wife - who said the chap was pleasant and efficient. Brewers are great overall.

The Initial ordering process was fine right through to payment. I placed the order early morning. I felt let down with communication. I was told I would receive an email. Didn’t happen, I finally had to phone the centre mid afternoon. I think I spoke to the manager (not sure) and was told the order had been raised almost immediately. Potentially I could have finished my project a day early had I have had an email.

Really easy to make an order and Brewers have a great range of quality paints. Delivery was quick and their driver was polite and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better.
