Communication could be better
Communication could be better. I placed the order on line but didn’t get a confirmation email until the day, with was ambiguous saying I had to collect within 3 days but it wasn’t a confirmation of delivery. Confirmation of delivery (to the store) was only sent by text to my phone no email.
However 30% cheaper than elsewhere.

Not one to usually leave reviews but after having a very poor experience at a local competitor (crown), my son recommended that I visit Brewers, and I was not disappointed!
I was welcomed to the store by a young lady who was very eager to ensure my needs were met! And there were tenfold!
Great atmosphere and also a free pear drop while I waited for my paint!
Thanks again, I will surely visit again when I have finished this task!

bought three 5 litre tins online (bird brand wood protector) for £32. Went in store and was charged £44.70 for exactly the same product. Not happy. Wont be purchasing for Brewers again, not advised in store of cost uplift if buying in store rather than having delivered to your door.

Our online prices and instore prices are the same and therefore they might of been some confusion with what product you were looking for as there are a couple of variations of this product.
