Easy website to navigate
Customer service was really good and they offered advice on different products.
Ordered the paint online using a discount code and although website said 5 working days, it was available to collect following day from local store

I ordered this item online. Easily achieved.
I was informed that I would be notified by phone the following day when the item was ready for collection as not readily available in store. The call came the next day as notified and collected from the store.
The item, Rustin's Boiled Linseed Oil, had no instructions regarding how it should be used, stored etc. Not the fault of Brewers, but there was instruction on the bottle to access the website for information.
The oil is easily applied, but ambient temperature is important for drying purposes.
A 500 ml bottle goes a long way.

Computer Problems
There was a problem with Brewer’s computer system so I did not receive confirmation of my order until just before I was leaving to collect the order. The staff at Dover were very nice, explaining what had happened and being apologetic. Fortunately alls well that ends well.

Excellent customer service today from Kev and his team as always. Running a busy painting and decorating business and needing good quality products my local brewers is the best store ive found to use for the range of products i need. I have been using the Dover branch since it opened and have always been very happy with the customer service and the products. Kev and his team always go the extra mile and have really good knowledge of the products and always happy to take the time to answer any questions i have with a smile. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality painting and decorating products and tools, and excellent customer service.

Exceptional customer service as always from the team at brewers when visiting the store today to pick up some paint. Really friendly team that are all very knowledgable in the products and thier uses, as always happy to take the time to answer some questions about the product and using it.
Have been decorating for some years now and wouldnt use anywhere else, very tidy well presented store, knowledgable and freindly staff always with a smile on thier faces.

Miles better than the “sheds”
I use them regularly as they have an extensive range at reasonable prices and are always happy to mix a colour or order in. The staff at both branches I frequent are without exception most helpful.
