Great customer service
I went into the Grimsby shop to see if they stocked a specific make and colour furniture paint and they didn’t. I asked a member of staff who told me they could get it but queried what I needed it for. I explained the project, what had gone wrong and why I needed the paint. The assistant explained a few different paints and finishes without even a hint of being patronising and explained they could mix some up for me if I brought the tin in. So I did and he did. Friendly, to the point, knowledgeable and without fuss. It was exactly what I needed and I’d recommend using them off this experience alone, although I’ve been several times and good service is the norm.

The shop still hasn’t got my order that I ordered on the 23 April on click and collect, if it’s not here soon I will be cancelling my order, I have rang twice and they said that they would call me when it was in GBY/13061

First time using Brewers
First time using Brewers. Great customer service. I ordered online to be collected in my local store, one item was out of stock but they managed to bring one back with them from a depot where a member of staff was training. Very pleased with this as if have to wait an additional 3 weeks otherwise. So far I'm impressed and will be going back.
