Paint not mixed!
Bought some coloured Dulux paint. When I got home and opened it to start decorating I was disappointed to find that the paint had not been mixed. Fortunately, I was only about a mile away from the store so returning to have it mixed was not a great problem. However, had I lived some distance away I would imagine my feelings on this matter would have been rather different.
Upon my return to the store the paint was duly mixed accompanied by profuse apologies.
Sorry, but you missed out on 5 stars there guys.

Excellent service
Called in to the Morpeth branch just before closing on a Saturday trying to find a match for a specific sandstone / khaki colour. Assistant Chris went above and beyond to find out more about the job ( painting loudspeaker cables in a cathedral ) and then mixed us the perfect tin. Thanks : )
