Great service
Ordered some floor oil, for collection, rang them to put the item in their outside strong box for collection after hours….did it immediately, pick up no problem. Great idea as saves more cars on the road… I was going near to the store anyway, so this suited me too.

Next day delivery - in 5 days!
The website headlined ‘Next day delivery’. Ordered and be paid to be told 3 days on the order confirmation and didn’t get notification it was ready for collection till 5 working days had elapsed. Job was finished before it arrived so I cancelled and asked for a refund. Still pending.

A great company
The online delivery is great, super fast and free if you spend over a certain amount. In store, the staff at my local branch in Salisbury are very knowledgeable and can always advise on products.

You did not tell me it was in shop - I had to ask online as the Salisbury store did not answer their phone, repeatedly.
