faulty product
I felt a little bit hurried along when collecting my prepaid order and in retrospect I wish the assistant had checked everything before I left the shop as the spray product was missing a nozzle and I found it almost impossible to get the paint out. As I live in another town I was unable to return.

Ordered for next day delivery to local…
Ordered for next day delivery to local store, went in 3 days later (Saturday) to find it had not arrived, told it would be available for Monday but it was still not there. After complaining to customer services got it on Tuesday.
Staff were very helpful and polite at all times and did their upmost to resolve the problem
