I am a busy Decorator so do not have the time to pop into the shop for purchases so I order over the phone. If I phone early enough I can gat same day delivery saving me precious time.

My order wasn’t ready when it was…
My order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be which wasn’t too much of a problem and can’t blame Brewers for that. However, after I’d called I was told they would text me when it was ready. I waited patiently for a week and no text. When I did call I was told my order was there ready. No idea how long it had been there but pretty annoyed i hadn’t got a text and I hadn’t been able to get on with the job

Excellent decorators centre …
I have bought from this company when I lived in Kent & now I live in Cornwall & found a branch at St Erth (fairly local for me) so when I found they were offering Zinsser paints at great prices recently I had to get there to buy some, simple as that; ordered on line & drove over to collect, staff very helpful, courteous & polite so all good … Will use the store again.
