Good but needs to improve
Wrong paint delivered but was replaced by the right product next day.
Had a letter saying you get a £5 tesco voucher with every purchase but haven't received this.
It's taken nearly 2 months for Brewers to tell me they have moved, I have an account at this store and been a customer for 31years but it massively needs to improve on it's communication and answering the phone as I have had to order materials from other companies of late.

We went to Brewers looking for…
We went to Brewers looking for wallpaper. We looked in a few books and found one that we both liked. Noted the number and then ordered it online as we were unsure if we needed one or two. It said it would be ready in 5 days. We picked our wallpaper up and was pleased we had picked that particular one. Have not hung it yet as the room is not ready.

The negative: website showed product was in stock, when it wasn't, but would be in a few days. I needed the product that day so requested a refund.
The positive: the collection shop rang me very quickly to arrange a refund, which was made immediately

Always a pleasure to deal with the guys at Brewers. Very helpful and the products that they sell are all of top quality with both high end and lower end items available.. mainly high end :)
Whenever I have needed specialist paints in this particular case or in the past for wallpaper, they have been able to order it in and at a fair price.
