I signed up, bought 4 tins of Ducksback for less than elsewhere and then got 10% off as well. Paint was delivered next day free of charge.
Only wish I had tried Brewers before

Collected my little Greene paint from the Wolverhampton store which I’d ordered online.
It was ready as promised for collection and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Jeff was so helpful & informative... incredibly knowledgeable & an asset to the company. Made my clueless trip to help one of my customers, an absolute breeze. More guys should be like Jeff!

First time I've been in this or any other Brewers and if I'm honest it's the same as every other click and collect environment. Nothing to complain about but by the same token nothing to get excited about either.

I can't remember the last time anyone asked me about the project the purchase was intended for, did I have everything I needed - this purchase was fence paint but no questions asked about PPE, dust sheets, paintbrushes - nothing.

It's almost as if counter staff don't care if they sell anything or not. Having worked in a customer facing environment in the past I know my bosses would have wanted to know why there was no attempt made to enhance the sale.

Bland, disinterested, frankly unprofessional.

Went to get some paint and parked on their car park at the back which was completely empty as they sell Dulux paint (signposted on the wall at the front) but we then realised they don’t offer a Dulux service of mixing it in the eggshell finish we required so we popped next door to the Dulux centre (which we actually thought was one combined shop due to the signage all over the front of the shop of Dulux but it isn’t). We got the paint and left, we were parked on the rear car park for approximately 10 minutes at a push, I’ve now come home 1 week later to a parking fine of £100 for being parked on their car park, absolutely disgusting!

Brewers Wolverhampton are brilliant . I ordered my paint on the evening and the next day when I got home from work it was delivered to my door . Fabulous service . I was able to paint my bathroom over the weekend. Specially mixed paint too .

The staff member was very helpful when I popped into the Wolverhampton branch a few weeks ago. I subsequently recently purchased two tins of paint online as this saved me carrying them around and next day delivery was as efficient as promised.
Having not purchased paint for several years, the increase in costs across the board has been a bit of a shock. So the 20% discount offered on new accounts was very helpful.
