Usually good but lack of response to missing items
Bought from brick-a-brac a few times now and usually everything has been great. Bought some high value sets as well. This order had multiple poly bags and one was missing. Reached out to brick a brac multiple times via email and online contact page and no response. Just ignored. So unfortunate that they were not inclined to address the issue let alone remedy.

Excellent value and choice of Lego
Really great prices on Lego and also able to preorder a full set of minifigures from a new series to ensure getting all the characters. Came very well packaged and tracked delivery. This was my first time using the site and I would definitely use again after a very positive first experience.
