NHS - No compassion

NHS - employ more empathetic people

Rang crying about being in severe pain due to having an abscess in my mouth - Spoke to a man named Paul Dowst who couldn't have cared less.
Not sure why Paul works for the emergency NHS really as he is the least compassionate and least empathetic person I have ever encountered.
Did not even want to help at all - said I should be happy to see a dentist in a weeks time whilst crying in pain. Think Paul needs some lessons on humanity and how to care about other people.
