Delivery was not completed on time. Same-day delivery was promised, which was the main reason I placed the order. I also paid 69 DKK for home delivery, but the package only arrived the following day.

Great service and fast delivery

I have been searching our office for 30 minutes now to find this package!! Maybe a tip to connect tract and trace with this, so I can see that it is not at all delivered at our office.

Poor Service
There was no communication. They just chose one shop to drop my parcel. There are 2 shops near my home from where I can collect, but they dropped it off at a different one without asking my preference, and it was inconvenient for me to collect it from there. And there were 2 separate parcels, but I didn’t get any tracking number for the other one, and my parcels were sent back. The parcel came on 28th May and my pickup date was until 4th April, but the shop was closed from 29th March as the shop closed on Sunday and Easter holidays started, so I had no clue my parcels were coming and going back! Such poor communication from Bring. I extended one parcel until 11th April and collected it, but as there was no tracking number or email sent by Bring for the second parcel, I could not extend the date.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
