Incompetent

This review refers to Ellacombe Pharmacy as their website shows other locations. They couldn't supply part of my repeat prescription for the 3rd time. Changed the brand of one of my tablets which wouldn't have been a problem but they never even told me. When i queried it due to confusion over other tablets i was taking they said it was my GP who changed it. My GP surgery say it was the Pharmacy that changed it. Ironically when they couldn't supply the new brand i asked if they would just give me the original brand which they had in stock but their answer was no. I was told to go back to my GP. I have now been without my pain medication for over a week due to their incompetence.
The staff member was also very rude and unhelpful.
