Jordan and Joanne were very patient with us, as first-time buyers, throughout every step of our mortgage process, and promptly responded to our queries. We had initially approached Broadbench for a BTL but later changed our minds without any issues. Their display of professionalism was second to none and we will definitely be using Broadbench again!

These guys are really nice to deal with and have a straightforward system to guide you through the documentation. You couldn't ask for a better company to handle affairs, they have been faultless and efficient.

Working with Joanne and Jordan throughout this process has been brilliant. Very busy ladies, that always made time for either myself or my wife to answer queries. No question was every to silly, and they had a great way of explaining everything. Being a contractor, and using other services prior to being introduced to Broadbench, (via Contractors Advice UK) was the best direction we took. We now live in what we hope will be our forever home, thanks to the work and due diligence of these ladies. Hats off to them, I've been recommending them a lot.

Joanne and Jordan were incredibly helpful and diligent with getting me setup for a mortgage for my first property. As a contractor, a lot of the main high street options did not fill me with confidence and/or required a lot more paperwork and understanding before an explanation was achieved. I was able to easily organise calls and ask questions along the way and receive feedback quickly and responding to exactly what I needed to know.
