As a contractor who has moved between inside and outside IR35, and was closing a company, I didn't have a straightforward case for getting a mortgage.
Tom and Jordan were both absolutely brilliant in dealing with my case and making sure i get the best possible deal and dealt with any issues and blockers during the process very quickly, keeping me updated of any progress and always answering my calls and my emails straightaway.

Tom and the Broadbench Team helped us with the mortgage twice. First, a while ago, we bought a flat with Tom's massive help. It was a bit tricky situation but he streamlined it all for us and found an outside-of-the-box solution that worked fantastically well. We would probably not have bought that place without his help! The second time was very recent when we needed assistance to bring our ridiculous monthly BTL mortgage payment down. This time we got both Tom and Jordan on board and it went super smoothly, bringing our monthly cost down by one-third, now we are saving around £500 every month! We cannot thank Tom and his Team enough! We would recommend their services 100% and will certainly come back with our next product switch!
