Not the first time we have had Brookhouse Gas out and it won’t be the last. Fantastic service, quick call out and resolved the issue for us. We had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling from a pipe, they came out cut a hole in the ceiling found the issue and fixed it. Repair done with minimal disruption. Thanks so much

Brookhouse Gas techs are well trained and courteous. They attendended my problem within hours. You pay a little more than most plumbers but they have quite a few crew and are very prompt.

Great service again from Brookehouse Gas. We totally trust this company and only have positive comments about all the employees we have dealt with.
We had a quote on Thursday for a replacement radiator and by Saturday lunchtime it was fitted. What a difference it has made too!

Couldn't recommend Brookhouse more. From the first contact, really polite and empathetic, sorted an engineer out on the day that was excellent. Arrived, fixed the fault, showed us what was done and left it as clean as it was when they arrived. Top company and will keep my business.

The oil boiler service was booked for 8.30 am. and the technician (Jack) arrived promptly which was very pleasing. Jack carried out the service and I concluded in conversation that he was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of boilers.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As always, Brookhouse go above and beyond. i ring up and they can arrive the same day if required but i chose for the following morning. What service.

But where they really come into play is the engineer on the ground. Jack attended to our call and sorted the issue with no mess, no fuss, left to work alone and all tested and done. These guys are top of their game and understand the customer. I can leave them alone to crack on and even if needed, pop out and trust them in the house alone.

We have the platinum service and the team measure up to and above delivering this.

Such an easy and friendly company to deal with. Rang on Wednesday to say my boiler had broke, by Saturday it was quickly installed. The service is amazing, I had a FaceTime call outside of working hours when office had closed to see what is wrong with current boiler, was given so many options for a new one tailored to our needs. The installation was pretty quick, the engineer even brought his own hoover to clean up after himself! Absolutely faultless, will see you again in a years time for a service! Thank you so much.

Very professional engineer came and carried out our boiler service. Polite and courteous through and helped us resolve an issue with a radiator that wasn’t planned to be looked at.

First time my company as used Brookhouse for a Boiler problem, Alex the engineer was extremely professional and found the problem a TPR valve quickly and replaced it, no fuss. We will of course be happy to use Brookhouse in the future

A very helpful engineer who set my thermostat right to the program I wanted as I found it difficult to do .
Also set water at better temperature and explained pressure.
