Great quality products with a very fast delivery service and an easy and efficient returns portal. I’ve even found their refunds to be speedy

The quality of the 2 out of 3 shirts received is brilliant. The third shirt is still yet to be received. The carrier is holding it at their depot as we live in rural area and they do not have enough deliveries to our area

Good fabric and fit

I actually haven’t received the order. It’s bloody ridiculous you ask me for my opinion ! Outrageous

Ordered Jacket on 3rd Aug and still no confirmation of dispatch or tracking info despite it now being 7th Aug. Also paid a premium postage rate.

I wanted to purchase 4 pairs of shorts but the only ones available were in much larger sizes not helpful

I have had several orders from Brook Taverner and they have all been delivered in good order and on time .
I was advised of the date of delivery prior to receiving the goods . All the items fitted perfectly and are of good quality

I bought a pair of men’s chinos earlier in the summer and they are great: lovely fit, well made and proper chinos. So I bought another pair in July, advertised - so I thought - as the same type in a different colour. These are really disappointing: they’ve been manufactured from a different, thicker material and are more akin to winter wear than summer. Against my better judgment I’ve kept them and now worn them once, and thus have stumbled across a worse feature: the thick material attracts every piece of lint and suchlike, so after wearing them for a half hour I look anything but smart. Not a good buy and I’ll think twice about future online purchases.

Spoke to their help line to discuss returning a pair of trousers which were the wrong size. The very helpful gentleman advised me to return the original pair for refund and he would raise an order for the new pair.
This all happened on Thursday morning. At noon on Friday (today) Evri delivered the new pair. Fantastic performance by Brook Taverner and most surprisingly, by Evri!

One of my favourite menswear companies. The quality, style & service are second to none.
Ordering process online is easy, seamless & quick. Communications from the company on the progress of the order is excellent & delivery is very quick. You can buy with confidence in the knowledge that returns are just as simple, but this is rare occurrence. Usually me ordering the wrong size! So, this won't be the last thing I buy from Brook Taverner, just don't tell the wife.

Fabric quality good, sizing rather long in body and sleeve! This was small size when I normally take medium!
Looking at shirts, I prefer CT sizing where each design is available in regular, slim, extra slim

Great selection of short and long slices shirts. Easy to scroll through and select items that you want. Great that there was a discount for purchasing 3 items. Arrived promptly and notified as to when delivery would arrive. Very happy with quality and looks of chores that I ordered.
