Absolutely disgusted with the…

Absolutely disgusted with the organisation of this event. Purchased golden circle tickets which were £250 each, got there nice and early to beat the queues. When they got us to queue in lines to walk to the stage, it was like a human drag race! People were pushing and shoving, I even saw a young lady get pushed over and she banged her head on the floor. During the beginning part of the festival we were getting pushed to the front against the railings, when we complained to the stewards because of our disabled friend was getting crushed, they didn't seem to care. We had no option but to push our way through the crowd to get to the back of the golden circle while getting pushed & sworn at. I don't know if anyone was seriously hurt during the festival, it wouldn't surprise if there was. I just don't understand the greed of the organisation, you can clearly tell that there was too many people in the area and the stewards didn't care. The Hillsborough disaster should of been a lesson to all big event organisers, it doesn't seem to be the case for this company, they put lives at risk for a few more quid. Never again will I go to a festival organised by this company, dreadful to the core.

loved the acts!! not the security.

the acts were phenomenal BUT some of the security were so disgustingly rude and did not want to do their jobs.
we were begging security to try and ask people to move back or do something, and one said “what, you want me to put out an announcement just so you can move a tiny bit? you’re fine. don’t be selfish. if you want to move go to the back. you’re not being crushed” as people were passing out left right and centre and we were begging for water and 2 other security guards kept shaking their heads at us..

“you’re not being crushed” as i was holding on to barricade and leaning back as far as i could just to create 1cm of space between me and the girl at barricade. “you’re not being crushed” as some security guards denied us water and we were screaming for other security to get us water cause we couldn’t breathe. “you’re not being crushed” as i was stood there crying cause i couldn’t breathe at all and they weren’t listening to me. “you’re not being crushed” as my sprained ankle repeatedly gave in from the pressure of trying to stand up while being pushed and shoved by everyone, which is now even worse than before i can hardly walk anymore.

i have all three security guards who were rude on video. i have their faces. the others were fantastic.
people were also being assaulted in the crowd, people started fights, started spitting and cussing at eachother..

i loved every act so so much, but this experience in the crowd has ruined standing at concerts for me, which has always been a regular thing, and i have been to festivals before. please work on your security. they shouldn’t only care when people are passed out on the floor.

capitalism 😍😍😘

Honestly it was just MADNESS how 20+ people had passed out and crushing was so so visible at barricade yet security stood there doing literally nothing, bst for straykids was so crowded because they prioritized selling tickets instead of actually trying to realistically calculate how many people could safely be in a STANDING venue, people were literally denied water from staff and security only cared about the people who passed out instead of trying to PREVENT passing out. It was so so dangerous like I'm just in shock bst got away with this 😭😭😭❓️❓️

Security didnt know where basic things like bins where, didnt know how to keep people safe in a gold circle, couldnt decide what orders to give out, let runners and rude people and also people who acted out of order stay front row. And everything was just badly organized. People got injured even before getting into the venue.

Artists were great but this was such a disappointing experience

The artists were great but the venue is both unsafe and overcrowded. When we got into the venue our bags weren’t even checked so anyone could have smuggled in anything!! We got there early but even being close to the front we could not see anything as the screens were so low down and everyone was pushing to the front. Tall people were inconsiderate and pushing in front all the small people so nobody could see anything. One girl almost fainted next to us and towards the end everyone was pushing in so much we couldn’t move or even sit down. If you left to go toilet or for food then you’ll lose your spot completely so the whole time we were there we went to the toilet in the beginning and ended up not eating or drinking the whole day so that we did not have to go toilet. Everyone was pushing everyone without a care in the world and I don’t know how people can be so inconsiderate. It was nice to listen to the artists but I wish I could actually see them for which I’ve paid money to do so. Would never consider going to such an even again.

Total rip off and Worst Stage Set Up, I've ever been to..

Went with friends to see Stevie Nicks on Friday 12th. Firstly, no real signage around Hyde park to tell you where to go. When we eventually found an entrance, we had speak nicely to the guy as our tickets, 5, which were bought together, were for 2 different entrance gates? he eventually let us all go in together. Then the bag search, we knew no drink or food was allowed, but one of the girls had a small bottle of perfume, which was taken off her and funnily enough not put in the big bin, but in a nice little tray!? where did that go?!!
We know food and drinks are expensive at venues, so we had a nice meal before we arrived. Thinking we would have a few drinks during the evening, Ha! £8.50 for a small (£3), tin of G&T and £50 for a "carafe" of cheap house wine, sorry but that is just extortion! Lastly, the two massive towers in the gold circle VIP area were so big, they blocked viewing of the stage for a huge part of the general admission, it was very disappointing. Thankfully we had a fairly good veiw of a screen, and Stevie was in great voice, but not even a glimpse of her on stage. One more thing, no food, drink or Perfume got past the bag search but there was plenty of drugs going on around us so they must be allowed !!

Stray kids were absolutely phenomenal…

Stray kids were absolutely phenomenal but the security are an absolute joke. No crowd control… one guy was absolutely awful and had such a bad attitude!! So rude and not helpful to anyone. We were in diamond vip and it was so cramped that we saw three people faint (one wet herself) and three other people vomited. The security were shouting at the people at the front to move back but we had nowhere to go. It would have been easy for them to stop this dangerous situation…they needed to announce that everyone was to take a step back.. they did nothing except shout at the people at the front…. Who were being squished!!!!. We met a lot of lovely people but the overcrowding is ridiculous. Not that they care as people will still go. There is a tragedy waiting to happen at BST. It’s only a matter of time.

Very very bad organization

Very very bad organization. I am very very disappointed with the people organizing the StrayKids concert. The security people are disrespectful to people and make fun of the fact that we came from 9 o'clock to wait and paid a very expensive ticket.

Concerts by BST not recommended

The worst organization. The people from security make bad jokes, they are not respectful. It is the first time I go to a concert in Hyde Park London organised by BST and, for sure, it's the last time.
I don't recommend to go to a concert by this company.

The security is extremely rude

The security pushes the people who have stayed in line since 7 o'clock to the side because others are pushing in front of them to see the stage. Those people say that rhey have someone in front, but they never do and they just go in front. The security is also extremely rude to people who stand up against this because it's very unfair. And they also threaten us that they'll kick us out because we're saying the truth.

Will never go again

Went to see Kylie last night , in diamond section. I will never attend this venue again, I have been before and last night we felt like cramped sardines. Couldn’t see the stage, couldn’t see Kylie , I felt like they had crammed triple the amount of people in to the venue. It was a total rip off I’d of been better off watching at home. This venue WAS brilliant , it is now totally over sold , a waste of money .

Absolutely awful venue and gutted

Absolutely awful venue and gutted, went to the Kylie concert and where do I begin:

1. Ella Henderson was on at 4pm and should have been on just before Kylie started.
2. There was an annoying repeating music beat playing loudly for ages before Kylie came on.
3. The other acts were crap - there should have been a decent line up.
4. There were not enough food vendors.
5. It’s a long day and there were not enough places to sit considering no chairs are allowed, I’m disabled and have a walking aid, by the end of it I was in serious pain.

That’s to name a few but this has really upset me, we had general admission tickets outside the golden circle which isn’t fair on the rest of the fans but they put this stand up on the outer edge of the centre circle which limited viewing, other concerts on this summer didn’t have it - absolutely ridiculous and I would like my money back!

Totally spoilt it for me and would not recommend Hyde Park, not to mention the extortionate prices.

I’m never going to Hyde Park again unless I can afford the extortionate golden circle ticket prices absolute rip off!!!!!

The worst music venue

I’ve been a few times, and every year it’s worse. Gold tickets this year, took over 20mins to get in. Then no food, drink or toilet facilities in the gold pen (you have to leave into the main section and come back) so people were weeing in empty cups all around us. Even in the gold section we could barely see the stage. The sound is good, but honestly this is consistently the worst concert venue I’ve ever been to. I won’t be lured again by an act I really want to see.

Diamond VIP Stevie Nicks

We had Diamond VIP for Stevie Nicks. Absolutely fabulous. Really well
Organised. Straight on, no queuing. Lovely hospitality area, so easy to get a drink and food … and a table. Lovely chilled vibe. We were closer to the artist than I ever imagined possible. Super Helpful staff as we were given the wrong wristbands on entry, but this was very quickly rectified later on. An amazing day

Disgusting and greedy

Went to see Stevie Nicks last night and am so angry and disappointed. These greedy corporate organisers have really done it this time - 2 enormous VIP bars right in front of the stage, blocking the view of thousands of people in GA. I didn't pay nearly £100 a ticket to watch screens. So basically BST is now a waste of time unless you pay a premium for Gold Circle or above. Vile. Been going to BST for years but won't go back.

BST Hyde Park

Spent a lot of money getting to London, paying 2 nights for hotel, BST tickets Hyde Park to see Stevie Nicks, then the event wanting more money £197 to enter gold circle which is basically quite a way from the stage. I have been to other open air concerts where you are free to roam wherever you please, just another money making scam. Not worth the money and won’t come to Hyde Park events again.

I haven’t even attended yet but feel inclined to give this review. Extremely disappointed that I paid nearly £400 pounds per ticket for a vip ticket only to find that if you had originally bought a general admission ticket (as friends of mine who are also attending have), you would be sent an upgrade offer to the same vip ticket for £50. Meaning that the same ticket that cost me £400 cost other people in my group £150. My advice to you for future bookings would therefore be to purchase a general admission ticket and simply await the upgrade offer, saving yourself a significant amount of money!
