🥴 I should have listened to my instincts! Every time BSW come to see my boiler, they leave it worse than it was before🤨. My HA have FINALLY taken on a new Heating contractor... I'm so relieved as this company are a wicked farce. GOOD RIDDENCE💯🤡

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. No help what so ever!! Told me they would be out gave a 16 hour window to then call them back at 9:30pm Saturday night to be told nobody is coming out till Monday. No hot water or heating. This was on Friday. I’m absolutely disgusted I have young children here ages 2 and 9 and we can’t bath for 4 days. How is this ok?

It has taken bsw since the 1st of February to put my mother heating right, they finally got it right yesterday which is the 10th of March. (Hopefully)...She has a heart problems and a crushed vertebrae ,and copd.so she is pretty much bed bound..we have consistently been on the phone to bsw and wealden district council. As no heating is unacceptable, my mother could have died of a heart attack..the last one happened in the cold weather...we had to buy 3 new oil filled heaters as yes they did offer her a couple of dreadful fan heaters..which would have been unacceptable, due to constantly being left on all night and fan heaters do not mix with copd, the whole time we had dealings with them it was excuses after excuses,constantly waiting for parts.parts that were ordered then cancelled then re ordered? Confused yes we were too,talk about gaslighting..most of the engineers are okay..I phoned wealden on the 9th of march offered to pay for the damn part,and go and pick it up because to be honest at this point we had enough,my mother's heating bill has skyrocketed. She also had no hot water or when they did do the hot water,it was so hot you burnt your hands. I had to keep warning carers of boiling hot water in the bathroom.. and virtually luke warm in the kitchen..water is still naff in the kitchen the whole thing has been a complete b.a.l.l.s up. And yes I am putting formal complaint in with wealden, not bsw as they seam to love lying. And the big boss does f.a. If they don't lie then they accuse u of it..reception is dire most of the time, I found i had to be firm with them otherwise they took the p.i.s.s.. take it from me..record all your calls to them as they do lie. As someone else has commented on hear..its true. If you are with housing association or orbit or wealden. For godness sake complain to them..wealden are not impressed with the timescale it has taken to sort.
I myself was left for over a week with no heating or hot water,I had such a severe asthma a t t a c k due to my house b e i n g so cold..I phoned wealden who kicked bsw a.s.s. Only yesterday 10th march i had wealden phone me to thank me on my review for my house on bsw,and yes i did not sugar coat it as it made me ill...if they lose contract it will be there own fault. I have told bsw that I've done a scathing review about them and now I'm doing one in behalf of my mother.. sorry bsw but you've either got to get more staff to cover the vast area. or collectively sack your boss..as he is taken too much work on that you guys cannot complete..

Didn't turn up for 2nd Appointment on Coldest Day if the Year.
bsw didn't have the decency to contact to cancel the Appt. or notify they were not attending.

Had a clown from BSW come to fit a new time clock, he was most rude, unable to fit new one as the company had sent the wrong one. Told me someone would return tomorrow afternoon, unable to be in, guy said I would have to wait for office to ring me. I telephoned office they were unable to give me a new date, asked for a compensation form they cut me off. Great. We have to deal with these clowns because our flats have a contract with them.

I won’t even honour the one star i have had to give to leave this review… they are basically a bunch of ‘no brains’ that have no clue what they are doing or what they can or cant do. They have long winded backward ways of booking and completing jobs and left my boiler in an unsafe state. Once that was tended too the engineer said he would be back to fit my gas cooker but did not return.
Awful, awful, awful service.

horrible service , wouldn't recommend at all. have been having issue with heaters more than 2 months ..it took 2 weeks for a engineer to come in and after he checked it took almost 2 months for the parts to come in. and finally when the parts had arrived and the engineer came to fit in , he found tht one of the parts was wrong so still continuing to wait . have been struggling in this winter with 1 yr old kid. horrible service wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. wish I could give zero stars.
Bad company
Unprofessional on the call false information. Lack of respect and the only people who are decent are the ones to your face the engineers. They keep turning up with the wrong parts so in 6 week I've had a leak and no heating or hot water all faulty. Wrong parts ordered and a woman called tamzin really unhelpful cutting my calls and not sending someone to out to help with my water knowing I have a 2 year old here. Worst company ever not good customer service they are that bad for me to write this review
Had a new boiler fitted flue leaking ect
Had a new boiler fitted Jan 22 was told that the job would be completed in one day this included the removal and replacement of the boxing in that the boiler flue ran in they said that this would be removed by a builder on morning of install, he didn’t show up! So had to remove myself as plumber did not want to do this.
Boiler fitted but boxing for flue was left and took 6 weeks to get this done. Then all the fittings under the boiler started leaking. The engineer that turned up to fix said that they were leaking due to the washer’s being fitted inside the brass fittings before they had soldered the pipes so basically they had melted the washers 🤔 not very professional. Now 1 year on I have a flashing service light on the programmer and due to this I can’t get any heating, the boiler flue is dripping water from one of the joints so very shoddy workmanship. I have enthasema and need my property warm as I’m prone to lung problems. They told me that they would be with me on Friday as on a 24hr ticket and we are now on Monday 5pm and still no show. BSW are saying that the job still hasn’t been allocated yet!!! 🤬 are they for real I was told Friday as it’s an emergency due to the boiler flue dripping water and could also be leaking carbon monoxide !!! Bloody joke this company but I’m stuck due to them being the contractor for my housing association.

For three days now have been waiting for an engineer for my radiators and I cant get appointments. My flat is so cold with no heating at all. This company is the worst company to deal with. Engineers this will be the 3rd engineer to visit my flat to fix my radiators. I wish I could give 0 instead of 1. Still waiting for an engineer visit. Hope I will have one before Christmas 2023...

Designated out-of-hours emergency company for problems with plumbing boilers etc.My grandchildren including 4 months old baby and h their parents have had no hot water no heating for 4 cold days including over New Year!! Boiler so-called repaired then stopped working after 6 days so since the 9th of January, no heating no hot water and it's now the 19th of January so 10 days and they have been told by bsw their parts for their boiler haven't been in stock. 2 little fan heaters supplied.... ecpensive to run & dont give you hot water!!!

I would give 0 if that was an option. This is literally the worst company - our boiler stopped working and it took nearly 5 weeks for someone to come out. When they did come out, the valve they changed started leaking and has been for nearly 10 days now and they still can’t guarantee a day for someone to come and fix it.
As it’s a specialist boiler not all normal plumbers can work on them so I am stuck.

One star is to much to give this company, they class a leaking water tank as not an emergency even though water was coming through the ceiling. A date was set for them to come out and no one showed up…phoned BWS to find out what happened and they said no one was in and they had photos of our front door, I ask to see the photos but they said they could not send them by email showing us. It’s been over a month now and still no one has been around. Please do not use this company, I can’t believe this company is still trading, maybe the housing association should look for a different company for there tenants.

Called on 7/12 to report leaking…
Called on 7/12 to report leaking cylinder. Told they will be out in 4 hours. They don’t turn up for 24 hours. By which time we have a hole in the ceiling and the entire upstairs is flooded. They finally send a supervisor out on the 12/12. He assured me he would order the cylinder and it would be fitted before Christmas. 19/12 BSW call to say they will fit it on 23/12. Sub contracter turned up at 8 to wait for cylinder to be delivered. BSW have ordered the wrong one. It doesn’t fit. Now we are 2&1/2 weeks in with no hot water and BSW can only send a supervisor out to have a look in January. Zero customer service. Phone calls never returned. Don’t understand how this company are actually still in business.
Very professional service
Well I can’t believe all these bad reviews.We had a problem with our heat source pump for a couple of days.It was coming on then turning off.The communication from BSW has been excellent and honest.They arranged a visit which had to be cancelled because as the warm weather came pipes were bursting so other emergencies took priority of course.After all we did have heating although not perfect.Anyway an engineer came out the next day.Isolating the problem and we agreed a course of action on how to proceed.He had to contact Kensa the heat source pump providers to arrange all this.Our engineers name was Luke.He was fantastic.Also Nina who was our contact on the phone.Very professional and understanding.Sometimes a Pat on the back is needed when a company does well.
