Jo & Nadine were fantastic
Jo & Nadine were fantastic.
They represented me for a car accident injury claim.
They came to a settlement which I was over the moon with.
Jo and Nadine were both very knowledgeable, polite and punctual.
They were always there to answer my questions, and always available on the other end of the phone if I needed anything or was unsure of the process.

Beware of getting involved in a chain…
Beware of getting involved in a chain where this firm are involved - check who your buyers have instructed and avoid any connection with these.
Delay of over 2 weeks at point of exchange - refusal to update anyone else in the chain, blocking and poor communication once challenged! Clearly don’t think they need to adhere to Law Society protocols or anything close to good practices within a chain .

Overrated
Over priced and over rated! There are a lot of companies local in the Southend are that can provide a better service. BTMK were a recommendation, I feel like I wasted my money. Shocking service, slow response time, failed to resolve/settle our issue.
