A great experience with this company.

A great experience with this company.
The staff work quickly and friendly and contributing to a positive interaction. A "great" system. The ability to send or receive packages this way is fantastic. And customer service is on the line immediately if needed. Its ability to solve problems directly. Christina

Parcels at the back of the lockers

The trouble is have had with the lockers is not something most people would have, but I'm quite a small person with really bad knees and when the parcel is put in the lockers they just get pushed in and sometimes go right to the back of the lockers and I have had trouble getting them out because of my small arm's and the last time my parcel was delivered into the bottom box and all the way back. So a combination of short arm's and bad knees made it very difficult for me to reach my parcel.

We’ve read your review and fully understand your situation. We’re aware that this is an issue for some of our customers, and we’re working hard to find a solution.
Our deliveries are programmed to always be placed as close to the center of the locker as possible. When they’re placed higher up or lower down, it’s due to the current capacity of the locker or the size of the slot the package requires.
I sincerely apologize that your package was harder to reach in this particular case.
Hopefully, we’ll be able to offer a solution in the near future. Until we launch an alternative solution, our customer service team will be happy to arrange for a slot further down for your next delivery.

Good service

All good, only one remark I have: the waay how a box is reserved is quite confusing, why it's not possible to plan a box exactly for the timeframe when I'm available to use it?

Misery and failure on all levels

Misery and failure on all levels. They took over a package from FedEx and would not answer with anything but standard email telling me to log onto their page which had been giving me the wrong information for two days in a row. If I can choose NEVER AGAIN

GUIEMER Delivery Budbee driver in sweden is Lazy

GUIEMER is Lazy. I tracked him 1 minuted away then he didn't deliver it and cancel it straight away. Bad worker. Lazy! Budbee boss need to read this, please know it that YOUR DRIVER MIGHT BE wasting your Money/petrol or energy.
