Nightmare since March 2026
I have left several reviews here about this shady company withholding my refund for 4 months now!!! and every time they send me an email reply saying they will look into it immediately and someone will get back to me and resolve the issue. No one ever contacts me. I have several emails from them saying they are still working on my refund ... 4 months later. Even though JetBlue immediately refunded them my trip cost the same day. I have called their customer service line at least 10 times, NO call backs. Today, I just received an email response saying that I have to pay them a "fee" in order to refund my money. What??!!! You owe me back my money. Why would I pay you more money to give me back my money. You call and you speak to somebody in India who always says a supervisor is never available. But they will "elevate" the situation. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them since March 2026.

budgetair.com Booking and Customer Service NIGHTMARE
I booked tickets with updated seats through budgetair.com. They immediately booked the flight as you would expect but did not book the seat upgrades that I paid for and that show on my budgetair.com receipt. It was a nightmare trying to find out how to communicate with budgetair,com and in the end I was only able to text back and forth. They said they had a thrid-party booking the tickets and were waiting on them. I kept going on the airline website and the seats were showing available. After 4 days they were still showing available so I booked them directly with the airline. Obviously budgetair.com could not fulfill their commitment so I reqauested a refund with was flatly denied over their text-only customer service. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank credit card to get my money back which I finally did after my bank waiting for almost 2 months for a response from budgetair.com.
I would never book with this horrible company again.
1) For an airline booking company to not secure the seats they sold to a customer 4 days after booking is the definition of falure to do the one thing your supposed to do.
2) Customer service text without a phone munber is unacceptable.
3) Completely not taking responsibility when failing to book seats and letting it go on for days and days is beyond unacceptable.

Wrong date cost $150 fee?
Switching flights within a 15 minute window was an additional $150.
Maybe give a window for adjustments in case there was a mistake or adding incorrect information.
