Great company
Recently had windows and doors fitted was a little worried if I'd made the right
choice as I'd never heard of the company before. I was not disappointed Debs the installation co -ordinator was brilliant from the beginning keeping me up to date and once the fitters were here phoned each day to make sure everything was running smoothly as for the fitters Gary,Adam and Gordon great job done ✔️ 👍 very happy with my new windows and doors would recommend budget windows 💯.

very good communication from start to finish,the salesman and surveyor explained everything fully,i was aware there was someone on the end of the phone when i needed to ring, the fitters Gary and Adam did a great job and left the place clean and tidy,all the old windows etc were removed from the site
the one small issue i had was dealt with promptly and im very pleased with the result,i would recommend this company

Salesman was a bit keen on a big quote at first but came down to reality before we agreed a price. Surveyor was excellent checking a lot of details and revising a few things that I had not noticed originally and glad he did too. Office staff very polite and efficient so far.

If anyone is thinking of getting windows and doors this is the company to use.
The glass is crystal clear ( no sign of the murky haze with blue tint you can get on most glass ) well not with this company it’s the best I’ve ever had. The windows really do feel new and not seconds.
Both lads who came were excellent workers polite respectful and nothing a problem. Even good with my little dog.
Yes we had a little issue where the geo bars on the French door didn’t line up.
But this is the most important bit….this company actually have after sales that really do care about you. And that is hard to find these days.
Excellent communication via phone and email. We got a lady called Lyn and she has been amazing throughout. Very patient and very understanding. Gave us her direct num to call and her email. She dealt with everything and our replacement glass is amazing. So happy with it.
This is the nicest company to deal with and the product excellent.
Please don’t change as a company and keep up the good work.
Even if you have a minor issue nothing is a trouble.
And Lyn is a credit to your company

A first class installation
After a few hiccups (losing original survey sheet and then being measured incorrectly) we have finally had our new door and frame installed. Excellent work by the 2 installers couldn't of wished for a better fitting. Customer service along the way has been second to none, keeping us up to date with any developments etc. Would definitely recommend.

I made the right choice when I chose Budget Windows!
My 40 plus year old 2 bedroom dormer hadn't been touched for many years.The old wood cladding was looking shabby and the windows were draughty and tired.
After Rob and Daz had finished the work from all day Friday and half a day Saturday, you would think my dormer was just built brand new.
The quality of the materials and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is absolutely second to none! Deb was on the phone before, during, and after the work was completed, to make sure everything was going well and if I had any concerns and making sure I was happy, I certainly am!
So much so I'm getting a third tier of work in a month or so.
A great team, excellent top quality products, and highly skilled fitters make the perfect combination! I've already recommended them to friends and family. A top local trustworthy company 👌
