Wow we really love our Sash windows and door top quality, totally transformed our home. In fact we were so impressed ordered further windows to complete the house. Fitters very professional and highly skilled at their job. Had an few issues at the beginning but nothing that didn’t get sorted. Alison in the office was always helpful and at hand if we had any questions. If you are looking for new windows and doors these are the guys, top quality, great job and highly recommended.

Installing new bathroom window Before they started Gary & Adam prepared by laying dust sheets to protect the carpets.
They worked quickly & cleaned up any debris & dust.
They then showed us the workings of the window & inspected it with us for any damage.

Fabulous beautiful doors highly recommended Gary and Adam cleaned up aswell 💯 work perfect highly appreciated

Das and Rob done a Fantastic job fitting 12 windows there were clean, tidy and only took one and a half days to fit. Budget Windows are the BEST 10 out 10.

I had new patio doors fitted. From start to finish, everyone was very helpful and informative and friendly. The doors themselves were fitted perfectly and in a timely manner. After sales has been great and poor Jennifer bairnbridge has been trying to ensure I had a good experience for about a week but I kept missing her calls. They really wanted to ensure the job was to my satisfaction which is very good service.

top notch excellent in every way from the initial contact, pricing and fitting Daz and Rob did a fantastic job with the installing exceptional workmanship nothing was too much trouble an left the house and garden in pristine condition afterwards Allison kept in contact before during and after to make sure all was well wouldnt hesitate to contact in the future for our next home improvement project. updated after follow up call from customer services - 20yr guarantee is correct does cover colour inc gray , glass plastic etc and is independantly insurance backed by Assure , probably initial hic up caused by merging of many brands under one umbrella we received a 10yr old outdated guarantee by mistake from one of the merged brands "budget windows" in this instance, lucky spot by me now all good - got there in the end. happyness restored

Had our windows and new front door fitted today, Gary and Adam have done an awesome job fitting! Very freindly and polite. Would recommend both Budget Windows and the lads to anyone of my family and freinds. Excellent Service all round!

Really odd company. We have a beautiful holiday cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. Enquired about new windows and doors but aparantly they won’t fit windows and doors to holidays cottages. Weird! I’ve never been discriminated against as a holiday cottage owner.

We recently had the front of our house done with a new front door, bay window and upstairs window. Daz and Rob did a fantastic job with installing these for us, making sure our new windows and door were to an exceptional standard. Between Ben, Dan & Alison the process from buying our new windows to having them fitted was made an easy process and they kept us informed at every stage. Highly recommend. We also appreciated how Daz & Rob adapted a “clean as you go” approach to their working day which meant everything was left clean and tidy. See you all for the next stage. Tracey & Antony.

We were kept informed of installation dates/delays/updates by the lovely office staff
Rob and Darren turned up on time to fit my new door - they were friendly, polite, and very efficient.
When they were finished they left no mess.
My new door is excellent - very smart and has massively improved the curb appeal of my property.
In addition, road noise is vastly reduced and there are no draughts!

The installation team were pleasant quick neat and tidy. The windows and doors look fantastic, the finish was excellent. The whole process, was stress free.

Best job that has ever been done can't fault the service from beginning to end 100%

The Customer Service throughout was efficient, informative and sociable. The workmen were also very professional, tidy and I was very happy with the high standard of work carried out. I would have no worries in recommending Budget Windows to anyone.

Billy and his team who fitted the windows were friendly and helpful and done a 100% excellent job highly recommend them. Also would to mention Kim very friendly and helpful.

Cannot say anything negative from the first phone call to the end installation. Kept up to date at every step of the way. Absolutely Brilliant 👏🏻
