This was the most unprofessional…

This was the most unprofessional Service Ived had in a reastraunt. Yung lady (red) Hair obviously upset about something…walking around cursing yelling to herself. I had to ask a different server for Refills this was just not a professional environment this was Veterans location in Metairie please do better with the staff

I ordered carryout from the Grove City…

I ordered carryout from the Grove City Buffalo Wild Wings store and when I got home and checked my order, all the wings, 40 in total, were bone in. My husband had ordered boneless and it clearly states this on the receipt. We also did not get a large portion of the ultimate sampler. I sent an email to the customer service department and was told I would hear from the store in 3 - 5 days. After a week, I emailed customer service again. Again, I was told that the store would contact me in 3-5 days. This all started on Feb 7 and today is March 7. I still have not heard from the store. I will not be returning to this store again. The management and customer service are both a big disappointment

don’t believe the hype! They’re amazing!

Amazing food experience and family atmosphere. I think the only people who post about this restaurant are ones who happen to have a bad experience one time. You don’t merely get to hear enough of the great experiences. My server was brand new and handled a party of 30 of us on her first day with ease. She was such a delight, didn’t even bother us that it took her a little bit to split up the checks.

very poor customer service

Ok, so I waited over a month to see if I would get a response from corporate but I have gotten nothing.

About a month ago myself and two friends went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Flowood Ms. it was a busy night. We went in and asked for a table for three and they took my phone number for their notification system and said it would be about 45 minutes. We stood around for most of that time and finally had an open seat in the waiting area. Shortly after my phone buzzes and says our table is ready (7:28pm). We went to the host station and was immediately told we took too long and our table was taken and we would have to start over at the end of the waiting line. This was 7:29pm.

I said “excuse me” and the young kid rudely told me we were going to the bottom of the list. I said “I don’t think so and get me a manager” the manager showed up which she wasn’t much older that the boy trying to run the host station. By the way it was three, two young girls and this one young boy running (hanging all over the station) the host station and playing more attention to their phones and each other than the customers.

Anyway the manager listened to us and walked off. At 7:30pm my phone buzzed again and it said we now had a table ready again. We were seated and the server took our drink order. About the time the server was bringing our drinks to the table, the same manager shows up at our table and says she was going to make this right with an appetizer or something BUT now she was going to tell us we had to leave for talking to her employees as we did. I asked and how had we talked to her employees. She said we threw the F bomb at them several times. I assured her no one at the table threw any F bombs and she said she didn’t care we needed to leave her restaurant right now. Of course we left. Never been thrown out of any business or restaurant in my life.

So I emailed corporate and explained the situation and advised I still had the time stamps on my phone showing when we were called for our table and declined and called again.

I would at least expect a return email with a minimum of a professional “we are sorry for your bad experience” but we got nothing just showing that this company has issues from the very top down.

We will never return to a BWW again.

Use this post as you want but fair warning they are not quality people.

If anyone knows me well enough, I would never show my ass in public or be disrespectful and drop F bombs.

Fort Walton Beach Uptown Station…

Fort Walton Beach Uptown Station location.

I can't rate this low enough. The server was rude, slow, and overall acted as if she didn't want us there. And out of 10 of us, everyone rated their food subpar.
We will never go back.

Today my friend and I ate the all American cheeseburger. We usually love these burgers but they seemed to have a different taste and she asked for an onion on hers and ended up getting sauté onions instead of a fresh one. We were really looking forward to these cheeseburgers but was highly disappointed

Poor customer service

I have sent 6 emails to their support email regarding issues with my rewards not being issued. Still have not received a response in 2 weeks. Very frustrated that they are not responding back.

It's Okay...

Listen, I love going here for a football game, or something.. But the food here is a bit subpar.

First of all, the wings are pretty much always overcooked. Dry, dry, dry. If you're on team boneless, then this shouldn't be a problem. The fries are skinny, and a bit hard too.
On the bright side, nothing comes missing, sometimes they'll give you extra wings or something like that, and the drinks are always crisp.

Re training

Establishment was not crowed at all the waitresses had two tables. She did not greet us nor statw that someone will be with us. I proceeded to ask her if we can order and she states that she is not the waitress for takeout, she walked away from me I ask to speak with manager I don't know why I asked for her she was no better she did not acknowledge at all and she was in plan site eating. However once other ppl came in the waitress that would not help and the mgt. I am a black woman, and I notice everyone walking in was Caucasian. I did not feel like I was supposed to be at that location. I love buffalo wild wings me and my significate other.

The location at Dolphin Mall has the…

The location at Dolphin Mall has the worst service that I have ever encountered. This was my second time there and you think things would have changed- Nope. The food is expensive and terrible. The nachos so damn dry that it's like eating a bone. They had no Pepsi, so I had to go outside to buy a soda. The food took forever and they gave my son spicy chicken when we did not order it. I was overcharged for the sodas that I never received. Not a manager onsite to even talk to- the waitress all stressed out. The worst place ever. The only thing good is never going back.

Waste of Money

Decatur, AL - Bone-in wings were over cooked, and it turned out hard to chew. I ordered chipotle dry seasoning, and they tasted exactly like plain wings, no flavor at all. I also ordered the Thai curry tenders wings, and they tasted like someone poured a pound of salt on them. The manager said he wouldn't do anything to fix it since I DoorDash them but if I had dined in at the restaurant then he would. Manager needs some retraining or fired for no regard to customer service.

Hello Neighbors of The Surrounding…

Hello Neighbors of The Surrounding Porters Neck Neighborhood Areas, As Well As, in Wilmington and Surrounding Areas.

As A regular customer of Buffalo Wild Wings At Porters Neck, I and my family just wanted to let everyone know that the service we had by our waitress was Excellent, yet the Managers on duty on the evening of Saturday Night, December 27, 2025 were not conducive as Managers for a Restaurant. Our family witnessed the woman Manager there ridicule our waitress in the direct presence of our family. The waitress was crying. This is not what’s a Manager should do to their employees in front of the customers. The other staff members that came out as we called them to speak about this unprofessional incident of this woman manger in front of us as we were finishing our meal, did not listen to our concerns and continued to speak over our conversation to them. They were extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. We will never return this location as they did not respond to our concerns when we called the next afternoon and spoke with the General Manager, Mike Davis out of the Jacksonville BWW restaurant location. He did not offer any restitution to us or any apology. He acted on the phone as if he did not even care. His and the other manger lady (if you want to call her a lady) were extremely arrogant and uncaring. We want you to know that this happened to us and if you patronize this location, you may want to “think twice” before you have an experience like our family did.
It was totally uncalled for and disgusting to us of their management behavior and the they treated the waitress there.
People are today so disrespectful to there workers and and the paying customers and sometimes they act as if they are gods at times and this needs to be addressed, as as A God Fearing Christian Individual, I know it is a proper thing to do against the perpetration and continuation of EVIL ways.
IT STARTS WITH US (The Citizens and Paying Customers) TO PROTECT THE WEAK, INNOCENT AND THOSE THAT CANNOT DEFEND FOR THEMSELVES DUE TO “BULLYING” FEAR and DISRESPECT TO OTHERS !

IF ANYONE HAS HIGHER PUSH AND PULL TO SEND THIS FUETHWR TO THE CEO OF THE COMPANY, PLEASE DO SO.

No one deserves the actions and conduct they have shown us as customers and to their wait stsff that we witnessed on 12/27/2025. It was disrespectful and humiliating to have witnessed.

It’s a very Sad World We Live In To Have To Have Witnessed What We Saw Last Night 12/27/2025 at this Location at Porters Neck and they Deserve No More Patronage, In Our Opinions.

I ordered 10 to go wings and only about…

I ordered 10 to go wings and only about half the wings were coated with sauce. Also ordered tater tots and couldn’t taste the vinegar for the salt and vinegar coating I ordered for them, just salt. This is not my typical experience with them. Using my wings are good and were and I could taste the vinegar on the tots. Hope it goes back to the great service I usually receive. This is for the BWW’s in Bowling Green KY

Every time we order delivery from this Buffalo Wild Wings, the order is wrong — every single time. Something is always missing or incorrect. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it keeps happening.

When you call to report the issue, they tell you to come back to the store to get the missing or wrong items, which completely defeats the purpose of delivery. If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery.

Consistently frustrating experience. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location.

Stay Away from this NASTY Place

Last night I took my 12-year-old son to the restaurant located at 21980 Colorado Drive, Dulles, VA 20166.
We waited 15 minutes to be seated because the hostess was busy clearing tables and no one else was available to seat guests. When she finally came, she attempted to seat us right next to a large, loud group of high school students. I politely asked to be moved elsewhere; she said nothing for almost a minute, then reluctantly seated us a few tables away.
It took another 20 minutes for our server to arrive, and when he did, he had a visibly hostile attitude. My son ordered his meal (I wasn’t hungry and didn’t eat), and that was the extent of our interaction. The check totaled $23.82. Given the poor service and rude behavior from both the hostess and server, I left a $1.18 tip, making the total $25.00 exactly, which I wrote clearly on the signed receipt. I normally would have left nothing.
This morning I noticed a pending charge on my card for $28.58, an unauthorized increase of $3.58. Altering a customer’s tip after they leave is not only terrible customer service, it is credit-card fraud and theft.
I have photos of both receipts and will be disputing the extra $3.58 with my bank immediately. I will also be leaving this review everywhere possible so others are aware.
Between the long waits, rude staff, and now outright stealing from customers, this place is unacceptable. Avoid it.
