Really helpful mortgage advisor who I felt was trying her best to get us the best product available.

BuildStore have provided the reassurance of an end to end service. Borrowing options were discussed in detail and their roster of specialist and smaller lenders resulted in a mortgage product that suited our timing and needs. Service levels from the BuildStore team have been impressive. Balancing professionalism with a personal touch and genuine interest in our progress. A really very good experience built on high levels of trust and impressive communication.

I would recommend visiting the NSBRC in Swindon where we attended a very informative talk by Tom Sherry and they also offer a membership to the NSBRC with a discount off of the mortgage fees.

Very happy about the level of support provided. Meanwhile, we have a formal mortgage offer. Our situation, being here on a visa, and wanting to do a true self build in Scotland is not the most common case, and Buildstore managed this brilliantly, with confidence and patience.

A First-Class Mortgage Broker. We have been on a self-build journey for 2 and half years and SHAUN SMITH has provided excellent advice and service throughout. We needed to release equity to buy our plot, then a self-build mortgage for the build and finally re-mortgaging to a conventional residential mortgage when the house was completed.
