LIVE CHART MANIPULATION
It is disappointing that BullionVault froze its charts on Sunday night, which has misled its clients. At 11:00 pm on Sunday, 08/03/2026, the charts stopped updating. While the actual spot prices of the metals were falling, BullionVault’s charts remained frozen. Even now, at 00:26 on Monday, 09/03/2026, the charts are still frozen.
I find it suspicious that BullionVault is selling metals at prices lower than the spot price shown on their charts, when in reality those prices were actually above the true market spot price. This is a serious deception, and my trust in BullionVault has been completely eroded. This is a cynical attempt to exploit its clients. I have kept screenshots. I was going to recommend Bullionvault to my friends and family, but that has now taken a 360 turn.

Because our chart uses data from an external third-party source, you'll understand that we cannot and do not make any guarantees for its stability, availability or accuracy. But our Tech Team worked quickly to restore live chart updates from back-up feeds, and that work - completed before 1am UK time - also enabled our own trading bots to begin quoting live bid/ask prices on the Order Board too. The prices you had seen in the meantime had come from other users.
Again, we're sorry for the chart outage, and we hope that your future experience can help restore your high opinion of BullionVault's service.

It's a great service the only thing that's a bit annoying is adding money but I understand it's hard to work with payment providers when you're doing something like investments.

Hard Assets backed investments
I was looking for a hard asset-backed investment platform to diversify my investments.
