Appaling customer service.

Appaling customer service.

You buy something and then you dont hear from them for ages.
You send them an email trying to find out whats happening and you get no reply.
Money you paid then suddenly appear on your bank account.
Couple of days later money are taken from your bank account and you get tracking number .
You realise this your package is just in "shipping label printed" stage and will stay like this for days to come.
Eventually you get what you bought, but by then you are not happy from your purchase anymore.

I dont know why this store has so many…

I dont know why this store has so many bad reviews. I have ordered something in April and the package arrived quickly and the package was very nicely wrapped. The guys from customer service were very kind and help me with the size. I recommend this online store!

Truly awful customer service

Ordered two personalised cashmere scarves online at considerable cost and I can't tell you just how awful the customer service was. They use the UPS Saver courier service (for a luxury brand and high value order !!) in the UK and it was apparently returned back to Burberry (who knows why) twice before finally being delivered on the third attempt a month later. It took me some 10 emails and several additional conversations with Customer Services to resolve the problem and I ended up sending them a photo of the office (a large, imposing and distinctive period building) to which my order was being shipped, to demonstrate to them that a courier just couldn't miss the building !!

# 1. QUITE THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED THAT MY GLASSES FRAMES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY WHEN CLEARLY, IN MY OPINION IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT...... An internal weld on a hinge should not fail and have the hinge come apart

# 2 AND THAT YOUR REPAIR OFFER IS TO CHARGE $111 TO REPLACE ONE TEMPLE....

WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU??????
I can buy a pair (2) of temples for $88 and an entire identical frame for $126 at Walmart..... how do you justify $111 to repair one temple???????

BURBERRY IS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT FOR NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH ON SOME SIMPLE, EASY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

YOU CAN BE SURE I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY BURBERRY PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN

You also be assured that I will share this disappointment and Burberry poor customer warranty service with anyone I come in contact with from now until forever.

Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service. Bought a back back from Hawaii and 2 months later the stitches where coming apart. Called Burberry which is another state and got treated that we bought an after market one and what was i expecting....... There are other brands that treat you with respect and dignity. Will never go there again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that didn’t look at all like the ones in the picture. To me they looked really cheap like the sunglasses you would buy on the street in Europe. Odd !!!!!

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, but wait, they are RACIST, Ignorant, Arrogant and nasty.
I have had few bad experience with them even spoke to Paul Sabastian to address the issue all the do is just a talk and rip you off.
My first bad experience was at NYC burberry store, where sale lady was very rude, ignorant, racist. I was there to buy a polo tee, I picked one and look at the color, and put back as it was to make sure i don't make a mess or just be a ignorant customer. And then I walked to next one to see, soon I try to reached out to Tee sales woman stopped me. And ask me not to touch stuff. WOW I smiled and walked out of the store without buying anything.

After few years I decide to buy Burberry Jacket online worth $1200.00. Everything went through smoothly. They took my money too, after 2 weeks passed by I didn't receive anything, nor any shipping mail, So I called customer service and they told me this jacket was out of stock, that is why they can't deliver to me. And they refund my money back in 2 weeks.
So they didn't bother to contact me and informed me, nor did they bother to offer me anything, but yes they didn't forget to take my money and keep it for almost a month.
My last experience was at KOP mall. If you ever go to that store you will know salesmen there are pure ghetto and trashy just like the company owner. And after that I never spend penny on burberry stuff.
Goodbye Burberry.

When it goes wrong you are on your own

While I have enjoyed owning items from this high end “luxury” brand in recent times it has become apparent that once you have parted with your money and walked out the door your on your own. Their customer service when things do do wrong is the most inefficient and frankly the most uninformed that it’s been my misfortune to have had to deal with, the latest offensive interaction with them was after buying a pair of shoes for my wife, the shoes were worn once and developed black marks on the white outer layer of the sides of the soles, on inspection it was evident the white material they coated the sole with had literally rubbed off exposing the black material underneath, clearly a manufactured defect I contacted them, send pictures and a synopsis and was told to wipe them with water! When I objected to that “solution” I was told then “it’s wear and tear” nothing can be done. It’s an absolute disgusting state when customer service don’t even listen, why have them? We have committed to buy nothing from Burberry again and to let other know through social media you will spend hundreds on their products and have no support whatsoever, even with a manufacturing design fault which is basically goods not fit for purpose.

Order monogrammed items far in advance

A word of advice to anyone attempting to place orders for monogrammed items- a gift that was supposed to be delivered on December 19-20 did not end up arriving until Jan 3. If you’re trying to order stuff around the holidays, especially monogrammed (which apparently has to go through Burberry’s UK facilities & consequently customs as it’s delivered to the US), make sure to order a least one month in advance. The most Burberry will offer you is $75 credit for the inconvenience of Christmas presents that are not delivered in time or as estimated.

Poor custom service

Ordered somthing 10 days ago, was told 3 days delivery. Messaged customer service and was lied to.

When I asked where my product was this was the response, very generic and I had a delivery date of the 20th and Douglas told me the date would be given when shipping had commenced, why was I given a date of the 20th when I made the order?

Gift wrapping

Today I went to your beautiful store in Westfield and I asked if you can gift wrap a scarf (which I bought in another Burberry store) and your employee told me that UNFORTUNATELY if I did not asked of gift wrapping when I was buying it she CANNOT do it for me. Does it really stands with your standards to treat your customers like that? Spending £300 for a scarf and not deserve for a paper box? It is really disgraceful!

The quality is real near unbeatable

The quality is real near unbeatable. Truly. From my glasses to my coats, everything is capable of standing the test of time. I've had the same coat for 9 years and it looks nearly new. Just purchased some new items and everything arrived quickly, packed properly, overall a good experience.

Can not understand why do they use Ups.com to deliver products when there is more creditable logistic company for Burberry Brand.

I ordered online. First of all, the products did not arrive in time. And Customer Service could not offer any useful information and they did not offer any solution. Instead, customer had to contact the logistic company directly....
I don’t understand why a big Brand like Burberry use Ups.com instead of DHL and EMS ?

Disappointed...

It’s worth it

I love Burberry long time fan and great quality need proof ..? My little brother is using my coats and shirts from when I was little and I am 12 years older than him the gear lasts I am one of 5. And my parents are huge fans of British brands so it has always been a thing on our lives love it so much sounds a bit cheesy I know but it’s worth purchasing as it will be passed down 🤔

High prices for extremely low quality.
I bought a very expensive coat. In less of 2 month it was destroy. Faulty. I send it back with difficulties because of the horrible customer service. They gave me a new one that behaved even worst. They admitted that that model was having serious issues. I asked for a full refund that I was refused. I had to choose other items in the shop in the day for the same amount of money. At the end I had to pick up things that I didn't even want. Never again!
