The worst ever....dont EVER try it. Some people waiting 30-40 minutes. Bristol Patchway location

Chips where stood 10 minutes while the staff happily chatted away chips cold burger just about luke warm & in the Dr Pepper there was more ice than drink. Avoid BK northbound M1.£13.99 HAD MY EYES RIPPED OUT.

Apparently the minimum I can give is one star otherwise it would’ve been been zero. I used to love Burger King and would specifically go out of my way to find a restaurant rather than go to McDonald’s, but now they’re literally worse than the McDonald’s. The burger is no longer freshly flame grilled, in fact they taste like they’ve been sprinkled with a bit of soot and then microwaved. Don’t know what the hell that is that they call bacon that’s not like any bacon I’ve ever had in my lifetime and it’s usually about 1 cm² piece. Utterly disgusting taste & texture in the whole thing and the fact it’s about a third of the size I used to be - sadly I’m having to give up Burger King completely now cause even just thinking about it makes me feel nauseous writing this. Back to McDonald’s for me then.

Just been to the Leeds junction 4 BK the only words to describe it is disgusting, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the so called bacon was some cold white stuff, even quorn would look more like bacon, the manager said it what they get sent and it’s put on cold, he said there was no way he would touch it, even when he swapped it for a burger without so called bacon it was awful not likeable used to be, no chargrilled taste, I’ve had better chips from the frozen isle in Asda, the restaurant was dirty with overflowing bins
Who ever is the area manager for this restaurant should be sacked immediately, no wonder BK’s shut down

Staff really nice good service and food

On this very hot day I was looking for a cold drink at Cherwell services on the M40. Burger King advertised a milkshake in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry. It sounded simple and pure and inviting. As it was being made I asked the assistant what was in it. He knew the allergens but not the ingredients which come in a carton. His boss didn’t know the ingredients either. When it came it was creamy white. I remarked on this but was told they are all white! It tasted strongly of vanilla. I said this is vanilla. They made
Me another. This one did taste a bit like chocolate, but mainly vanilla and strawberry!! My desire for a simple cold drink was once again plastic food, full of gof knows what but heavily laced with sugar. Needless to say I won’t be buying one again

I spend near 30£ on tuesday and scan the qr code for the free whooper. Called today ordered £26 and tried to claim the free whooper only to be told its £4.19. So you want feedback and offer something free just to charge for it. I wasted my time filling in the questionnaire. The employee asked about filling it out basically lied and didnt disclose the full details.

I bit into my burger and found a pencil. Complained and got a snigger and a sorry. As a caterer myself I am disgusted at the lack of food safety.

Burgerking are awful for customer service. I recently complained about extremely poor service, wrong order and a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude at the Bromborough site.
I sent in an official complaint to Burgerking UK and absolutely nothing has come back. Appalling.

3 of us visited the Cowley Oxford burger king
23rd June around 6pm and it's a awful places ! We was the only people in the there and the order took 15min , the service is so so slow also the coke machine X2 does not work yet we wasn't told on ordering.. shock ! .
The chicken royel was dry with a little filling you could possibly add .also be nice if staff washed there hands when dipping into different foods yuck .. low standards high prices is the trend.

All of our food was stale.
The guy that served us kept calling mayo minus when I asked him what do you mean minus he said do you want minus he was very upset that I didn't understand his language
The burger shop badly needed a clean and it looks like it's been run into the ground. where's the cleaners. There's a lot of staff with no customers I wonder why hmmm. (3pm in the afternoon)

Visited Burger King by A5 central MK where I had three Asian staff whose attitude was disgusting as they were laughing and joking in their language making me feel very uncomfortable because I thought I had a problem with my meal where straight away I said sorry my mistake

Ordered a meal from Sprinkerse Stirling 9 piece Pringle chicken bites) but when went to pay at drive through was told only 8 left and was asked to pay full price. When questioned if a reduction in price was possible, the girl told me she could remove 2 bites or ‘throw a nugget in’. I will not be returning! Mean in the upmost

Me and my son went into Kirkstall Leeds Burger king today Saturday 20/06/2026 14.15pm for a meal, we waited 25/30 minutes for our meals. Whilst we were waiting ,our number disappeared of the screen.,My son asked were our number was. The girl behind the counter said , I don't know in a grumpy voice. The other customers looked shocked.I don't know if we will return there again.

I visited Burger King cramlington and the staff were amazing and store manager. They were really friendly to my son.

I went today with my children’s food was okay. But the tables not clean, Even was not busy staff just sitting there having conversations.
I did pay for coffee they gives me only less than half cup, I went there I did complain, they said we didn’t have water on the machine is broken? Is not our fault?! I will not change your coffee or give refund or other drinks same price???!
I been regular customer for over 5 years,
We are the customers ho paying for the staff wages, I will never go back to any of their shops again .

Absolutely outstanding experience at Burger King Aldershot! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and our order was ready in less than two minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My child was delighted, and so was I. A perfect 10/10 experience – honestly one of the best fast-food visits we’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team!

Placed an order on the App and went to collect at Great Western Retail Park Drumchapel and the door was locked. Went to the staff door and was told drive through only after 9pm so I wasnt aware of that. I payed £13.68 and received nothing even though I had received an order number to collect my purchase. Staff at Great Western Road where terrible, looking online how to get my money back.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger
Burgers were TINY.
The bun size was about the palm of my hand, the patties were about a centimeter less all around, probably the size of the bottom or a pint glass.

Patties were dry. Cheese looked unmelted on one side and dry from too much heat lamp on the other.

If i had had the inclination i think i could have eaten it in two large bites.

Definitely not tasty.
Definitely not a two handed burger.
Definitely not what the picture looked like.
Definitely not worth the money.
