Review of Sensodyne

No longer working since changed formula

No longer working and a big increase in painful cold sensitivity since it’s turned blue and runny - half of it is falling off my brush before making it to my mouth. Now have to change manufacturer as a waste of money

Very Poor Behaviour

Very disappointed. I had a delivery booked last night for 10 to 11pm. However I got a message it would arrive at 11.50 - way too late. As I had gone to bed, they left all the bags in the heavy rain, exposed to foxes, outside the main entrance to a block of flats I lived in. Then have the cheek to send an email denying all responsibility - I'll be prioritising Tesco Delivery from now on.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us with your review. We’re truly sorry to hear that your delivery was left outside in heavy rain without your knowledge, especially given the delay and the late hour. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. If you would be interested in sharing your concerns further, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team at the Customer Hub.

Only given 1 star as can't give a zero

Only given 1 star as can't give a zero. Ordered an expensive pair of Jurassic Park Croc sandals 2 months ready for Christmas, the tracking stated they came to UK 6 weeks ago, then went to Wales, where they apparently haven't moved since - refused request for refund as I'd wanted them for a Christmas present. FULL ON SCAMMERS - taking money and not delivering the goods. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau and UK Trading Standards. as someone has to stop people stealing money with false pretences.

Review of Hobbycraft

Unimpressed will go elsewhere online

Just mooched around Hobby Craft to get out of the downpour whilst awaiting my MOT. The first item I was interested in (a sewing pattern) at the back of the shop was supposed to have a code on it, to check the price on the sign. It didn’t. So I asked a nearby staff member. She said - “Just check the code”. I said “I can’t, there isn’t one”. She said “Let’s see the sign and check its code”. I said “I can’t there isn’t one on the item”… she checked… “ Ah no, there isn’t a code!” I said how can we know the price?” She said “Oh, I don’t know! Take it to the other end of the shop and get it scanned”. I couldn’t be bothered to traipse all the way back to the till, and she certainly couldn’t be bothered. I said “I’ll leave it!”. She went back to looking at glittery things again.

Later I saw a ‘Pop-up theatre tent’ I fancied getting for my grandies. No price on it, and no sign. After a search I continued shopping, got a couple of other bits with actual price signs and went to the till where the girl was leaning back in her chair doing nothing, yawning her head off. I paid for my items and said “by the way, how much is the pop-up theatre tent back in the middle section of the shop?”. This said “Ahh Dunno”. I said could you find out?” Reply “Nahhh!”. I said “Ah great, that’s 2 sales the store has missed out on today”. She looked at me square and said “you can go get it and bring it here to check”! I said “No thanks. I’ll get one elsewhere”. Is it me? Or are shop staff supposed to increase sales and offer customer service to increase the business profit? Apparently not in Eastbourne.

Review of Emmamattresses

Scammers

Purchased mattress on 4-monthly payments, 1st payment taken but no mattress after a month, so cancelled order as moving house. Contacted Emma customer services 4 times and 4 times told refund is sorted. No refund. So contacted Dividebuy who take the money. Next instalment just tried to be taken but I was ahead of the game and blocked their charging. Dividebuy now chasing with Emma and threatening them that they will escalate it internally if no cancellation order forthcoming from Emma. Next stop will be Consumer Protection or lawyer. So many regrets about buying from them. NEVER again. I was going to re-order when moved but no chance now. Will go to a reputable alternative company .
