My experience in the store was wonderful. Nice selections and very clean store. The line went faster then i expected.

I loved the cashier with the lovley name Xhenis. Beautiful smile very polite and helpful. For a change is nice to see someone with a smile in the store.

I love Burlington's prices and their customer service in not bad, but could be a little better. The store I shop at in Douglasville, GA is about 1 year old, but exceptionally clean! After Covid, and upon reopening their prices were amazing at 50% off ALL prices. I was able to go 4 times and clean up!!! Bought about $700 worth of clothes and things for about $300 total. Wow! Loved it! I told everyone about that sale. They had that sale for about a month and a half. Since then they have restocked the shelves and their prices are still great. Once upon a time they didn't have a cash return policy. They do now, and I love it!

Not quite a shopper but happened to be in the mall and saw Burlington. Looking for some get up and go tops...found three and a Steve Madden over the shoulder bag. The line was not that long and cashier was very pleasant. The next day I returned 2 of the three tops and again, the cashier was very pleasant and professional. Plan on returning to Burlington at Eastpoint Mall.

I only gave them one star because I needed to give them something. I ordered base and wall units for my bathroom, 1st delivery 3 items were damaged, 2nd delivery 2 items were damaged. you would like third time lucky, but NO the 3rd delivery was damaged even worse. This has cost me time and money and a few tears. I would steer clear of buying their products, until such times they can prove they have changed their ways of handing items. Oh and to add they are flat packed just put together by them. and priced you would pay for solid furniture. So a cheap product sold at high cost.

First of all, I am a faithful shopper of Burlington and enjoy my time shopping there. On Sept.5th, I went to Kings Plaza in Brooklyn not my regular store, to buy badly needed clothes for my mom. I am disabled and couldn't use any elevators or escalators to get to the store. I would have to step down 5 steps to get to the 1st fl. (Holding unto a walker, no one assist me) Then went around the 1st landing to spiral up to the 5 fls. to get to the store. I called the manager Mr. Adrain Brewster, I complaint to him about the lack of consideration to its disabled customer's, after hearing and agreeing to my concerns I calm down. He was sorry what happen, he gave me a discount and took the elevator with me and walked me out the store. I want to say that this gentleman should be commented for his professional actions. Just wanted to say thanks to him I had a good experience and will continue to shop in Burlington always.

Please fix your customer service. The people in store was rude.

Disappointed......After reading mostly negative reviews I feel discouraged and turned off enough to shop else where not at a Burlington Store 😂

My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

This review concerns the Burlington store in Kingston, NY. We walked into this location today looking for a fall jacket for my wife. We walked into a store large enough to house a dozen or so railway cars. The amount of merchandise on display couldn't fill their bathroom. Literally, thousands of square feet of empty racks and bare, unoccupiied floor space. There were no clearance or going out of business signs, but it left me wondering why not...or why they open at all.

The service was better with Kat. Overall I love their products and prices. Bring Kat back to Burlington.

Be careful guys. I know 2 people who shopped at Burlington yesterday and are not feeling to well. Consider that more people can get sick ! By the way this is the Sterling Heights Location on Van Dyke

I have had a gift card for your store for 3 months! YOU are the only damn company not open!? Whyl burlington. When the fyck are you gonna open you have q lot of angry and pissed off people and tbh people might not come back even after or when you decide to open. You're slow on this qnd late. You must be rich enough to stay closed this long. Good for you rich people can do like that. If i could give zero stars i would.

I’m a disabled person so my understanding is that I’m not supposed to make a long line I have two herniated disks on my lower back knee problems and I had a brain stroke the Burlington employee looked at me up and down and denied me entrance to the store said I had to make line like every one else I felt so embarrassed and himulyated Ross on the other hand was across from them and there employees are better trained to deal with customers I had no problems with them your employees should learn from them this happened in Santa Ana California on Garden Grove this happened around 2-4pm I forgot the exact time

There are not enough people at checkout so it results in a LONG line which we waited for a total of 2 1/2 hours just to check out!! NEED MORE EMPLOYEES AT THE CHECK OUT

The Burlington on county line in Jackson Ms,the customers are trying shoes on with no socks, I've seen it with my own eyes🤮 so make sure you all take good look at them before buying

This company has zero humanity ... paying my bill after the 8pm and was charged a late fee during COVID19.
There services suck with no empathy for their customers... Customer care excerise no empowerment including their escalated department or team .. Services suck. The leadership team needs to train their staff to be more caring as supposed to stating and reiterating the policies & procedures of the company.

NOT FOLLOWING CDC GUIDELINES. MANAGER CAN NOT HANDLE STORE AND CASHIERS LOOKED EXHAUSTED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STOOD IN LINE UNTIL 430 AM JUST TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND BE TOLD I HAVE TO STAND IN LINE AGAIN FOR 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO BE CHECKED OUT AFTER MANAGEMENT OFFERED TO HOLD MY STUFF DUE TO
ME HAVING TO BE AT WORK. RIDICULOUS
IF THERE IS ANOTHER OUTBREAK.... IT STARTED AT BURLINGTON.

The workers and more were very helpful and extremely generous to me and my family, plus with really low prices I don't know how anyone can hate it. Very happy with their service. 👌🏾
