Very helpful and great range of products
Staff are very helpful and they make sure that you are kept up to date with what is happening with your order. They are also really good with there delivery times you don't have to wait for weeks on end for your order to arrive

Good service and knowledgeable
I use Buxtons a lot for supplies at work. From lawn mowers (push along to sit on) to chainsaw, harnesses and professional climbing equipment they have the lot. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable too!

My order was handled most attentively. The failure of one item on its first 'outing', when reported, was imediately replaced free of charge. Even though the fault was a product design&build weakness, there was no quibble from Buxtons.

Used them a while back to get some lowering rope and a winch for by tree business and they were very helpful on the phone and delivered promptly. Great!!
