Ordered on 1st July; Website and confirmatory email said "Your order will be ready for despatch in 6 days." It is now 8 days later and no indication of any progress with the order. No emails to indicate what, if any, progress has been made with my order.

Fantastic service, ordered my new bike which wasn't a stock item. Arrived and assembled in store within two days.
Set the bike up ready for riding on collection. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Will definitely be using them for purchasing and servicing my bikes in future

Ordered a cube bike for our granddaughter bike was delivered on time and well packaged although when on inspection we found the front reflector was broken off, we phoned the number supplied and was told it would arrive next day. As promised it came we and our granddaughter are more than happy with the bike and service that buyabike has provided and would use again as we have more grandkids . Ps a big thanks to Julie who was very helpful.

Lewis at buy a bike made us feel welcome as we went for a new bike for my 80th birthday. He let us look round and only came to tell us the details on the one picked. This is the best shop in the district and they helped me out when others not interested in the bike I bought from them. Excellent sales and technician teams highly recomend. My son came from holmfirth to buy a bike.

Very helpful and kind talking through the importance of the bike and how to keep it clean and perfect. Service was very quick and done properly and the staff were brilliant.

I bought a new Giant E‑bike from Buyabike and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful throughout the whole process.

The part that impressed me the most was that, I ordered a kickstand about an hour before heading to the shop to collect my bike. When I arrived, they’d already fitted the kickstand to the bike without me even asking. This gesture showed real care and excellent service.

Finally, to top it off they offered me a bottle of water to take with me for my journey home in the heat.

Such knowledgeable, helpful staff, from first chat on the phone to picking up the bike. It was a real pleasure to get my new bike from here. They gave all the time I needed to get used to it, make adjustments and offer advice. I ordered online knowing pretty much what I wanted, but they also have a wide range of bikes in the showroom for browsing. My bike was a really good price too, and I love it!

Fabulous customer service from start to finish! I visited 3 or 4 times whilst deciding which road bike to choose. No high pressure sales, just good, impartial advise and explanation of the options from very experienced staff. I didnt really know where to start, but Mike, Lewis, Ian and Julie were really patient (few visits!) and gave clear explanations without patronising or too technical jargon! The technicians were really helpful too and took time to fit my new bike to my measurements
Being able to ride a few bikes is a huge benefit and since I've bought my bike (Liv Avail Advanced) they have offered me a free 6 week check up and given further guidance on accessory options.
I would highly recommend Buyabike and will be back!

Really very good accurate communication, on time delivery, and a fully built 99% ready to ride delivered bike which I wasn't expecting, this was all with a Pre Delivery Inspection sheet too. Excellent all round personal service.
