Honestly I have had nothing but good things to say about this company. It took me I don’t know how long to find the correct parts based on the shop who installed my kits. I called Brembo they recommend this company and since then it’s been awesome. I’ve been dealing with Adam. The guy does an thorough and in-depth look at making sure I get the right parts. Yes shipping can be delayed due to this new fun world we’re living in but that’s not their fault. If there’s an issue all I do is text or call them and they hunt it down ASAP and try to find the best way to resolve it. In what they can control they do a great job at it. For all the stuff that’s out of their hands, people shouldn’t be bashing on them for it.
Awesome job guys 👍 keep the good customer service going, hard to find a company like that now a days.

Edgar Esparza quickly reviewed my request and sent me the information regarding new rotors for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I appreciate him taking the time to get that out so quickly.
Unfortunately the rear rotors are on back order and 5+ weeks out and those are needed immediately if not sooner. I will see if possibly someone else has them and if not will definitely contact BuyBrakes again.

Very few sales agents deliver what they say they will. Edgar promised his products will be delivered on Tuesday December 14th. I am happy to say he was right. This is during Holiday Season. I am impressed. I had been searching for the Brake Calipers and could not believe it when Edgar said he could get the parts.

Paid for my order nine days ago. Still no tracking number. From their website. "Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?"

"Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number."

24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

I lost my tracking number to my package I’m returning back and thankfully Edgar was such a great help and I was still able to get refunded .

waited 2 weeks and never received parts, when i called they told me that they only had the front brakes and had no information on the rear. No notice or anything, good thing i called

Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails.

LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

I would give zero stars if I could, I bought brake parts they were supposedly heavy duty, they warped in 3000 miles and could not get any help from BuyBrakes.com

I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer.
I checked a few online retailers and was confused.
John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop.
