Bought two charger adapters, and when the second also broke/burned after 2-3 times of normal usage - charging my Iphone with original lightning cable - i texted their support, and kindly asked for a reimbursement or receiving new ones; not they are only making you feel stupid for texting them :-(

They don't answer the questions and reply in a few words with other content. They are not a responsible store in case you have problems with your product you bought.

I will never recommend anyone buying their products, except if you don't care that the product do not work after 1-3 times of usage.

Such a bad experience. And with the many good stores in China with perfect products and support, and goodwill in case of problems, i will not look backwards.

This company is cheap and do reliably send what you order. The problem is the items are NEVER as good as the specification advertised, eg, buy a 15W LED lamp and it will be a 3.4W in 15W box, order a 1000mAh battery and expect a 250mAh battery (labelled as 1000mAh). This is quite common for overseas internet ordering. The thing which makes this company far worse than the others is that they have reviews but will only publish positive reviews, leave a poor, factual review and they don't publish it. This is in my opinion very dishonest and misleading. There are many other sites selling the exact same items but with honest reviews so use them instead.

I admit it, I read the reviews and could see this company was not rated as a reputable one but I thought no this wouldn't happen to me BUT guess what I should of listening to my intuition ...... if you have nothing better to do than go through their site ... see things you would like to buy... pay for it .... and then wait and wait for the stuff to arrive ( 4 months to date ) then get nothing, be my guest.... because that's the way this company operates.
They did refund my money after I told them I would go back to PayPal, but they got to use my money for 4 months. BE CAREFUL this is not a company you want to deal with no matter how pretty the product pictures are !!!

I ordered a action camera and some other stuffs. All of items come in good conditions and in the time, but action camera is real fake! They call it SJCAM, but it is not SJcam. It is cheap reproduction. And they never respond on any of my emails. Communication - zero!! U can buy in this store, but READ description.

The reason I would give them 5 stars is because I buy cheap items from them, lets say under £3 and they have always delivered. So no problems with this company.

DELIVERY is always 1 week or 7 days. so Quick for me!

Items ordered in March 2016 still not received despite continuous ping-pong of emails asking where my package was etc. Told to keep waiting and be patient. It's now June and no items. I have asked for refund or for the items to be sent again as I haven't received what I have paid for. Now they are no longer returning my emails. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this rip-off cowboy company. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS YOU WILL JUST LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR OR GET A REFUND!!!!!

I bought a tablet ffrom them. It costs over $200. Of course it has broken, but after I erport it and told them I want make a complaint they call try me not to sent it back. Deliberately were delaying with anything and not replied to messages correctly. When I sent the device back they were keep denying its receive for a few months. After all they offered me silly amount + some cuopon. It has token a big negotiation (months) and now they declare that they've got the item broen and cannot resell it so the can make me their best offer $150.
Do not buy goods from this company. You can get, by coincidence, a good piece, but if you don't you will never see your money again.

Iv got all my items I order and they are good but i don't buy mager electrics from them i have once it was a light bolb and it and it just poped when i turned it on but all there other stuff are great and great prices

I bought this one last summer, moved a larger amount of data and experienced loss of files, then tested it with h2testw and got the results from above. The customer service said it is too long now(7.5 months) and offered a 5% coupon.

So, be aware, there's no warranty, and it is a fake. Like a lot of other thing at their site.

Item has not been received. They do not reply to any message sent. Clearly, they take the money knowing the product will not be sent.

I buy from here as its cheap and has a range of products...but if you don't receive your product good luck with trying to get a refund. Its like you have to beg them and even then you don't receive one..Two of my products haven't been received and its been over two months..surely they have to refund me???
