Avoid this company
Avoid this company! I ordered 2 items from them that were not delivered to me. Because the courier claims to have delivered them, Buy It Direct/Appliances Direct have said that I will not be receiving replacement items or a refund. This is in breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 28.
The 'proof of delivery' photo shows my items outside my property ON THE STREET, not in my garden or in my secure shed or porch. These items were not there when I got home. I raised the issue with customer services & their claims handler 'Mark' is the most rudest ignorant person. His claim that 'you should've been at home to accept the delivery' is a legal requirement is absolute nonsense. When told that this is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 & I will also be reporting this to Trading Standards his response to that was 'go file a police report'.
This is a cowboy outfit that do not honour their legal duties to provide the goods paid for. They have taken my money, received proof that the items were never even on my property yet they refuse to replace or refund the items that were never received. One questions whether this is a deliberate scam with Evri, where the items even left? Why was there no attempt to enter my garden to drop the items off or leave them in a safe place?
This will be reported to all relevant authorities. I am now having to contact my bank for a chargeback to be activated so I can get my money back.

I bought a char broil bbq which arrived…
I bought a char broil bbq which arrived quickly and in good order. It was great value for money too. I received a second gas pipe separately and not the bbq cover so I think there was a mix up at the warehouse. I contacted BID and they responded within very quickly and got the cover sent immediately and I received within 72hrs so it was resolved quickly and easily. No drama from my side. I’d shop with them again

Real easy to install.drill a hole,mount both units,connect the pipes and electric cable between both units,bleed system,and plug it in and its good to go.
Everything that is needed to full fit the system is included in the kit apart from of the outside wall brackets(which i ordered seperately).
Overall very happy with the look and operation.

I bought this wine fridge as it went to 18c to store my red wine as I don't like it cold. However it doesn't seem to be doing this. Its no different to storing in the cupboard.

Give them a miss for trade ins.
Was looking to trade in my iPhone 14, which was in good to excellent condition and Buy It offered £225.
Sent the phone off in the original Apple box and received confirmation it was received on 20th. Heard nothing for a week, tried to call a few times and constantly engaged. Eventually called the sales number on 31st to be told it was in process.
Within 2 hours received an offer of £22.50 based on the phone having 2 light scratches on the screen, an 89% battery health and still having a disconnected SIM card in it.
I rejected the offer and received the phone back on 2nd less the Apple box, which they kept.
I expect to be knocked down a bit but these guys are total scammers.
