I was scammed out of several hundred dollars.
Unfortunately, the seller on their website sells 12-month subscriptions that actually work for 1 or 2 months. After all this, the seller refuses to help me, and the website's support team says that according to the terms and conditions, I have 24 hours to report the problem. What kind of sense does that make? The subscription was paid for and was supposed to last 12 months, and I have 24 hours from the purchase to report the problem. Great logic. I do not recommend buying from here.

They suspended my seller account for a reason that not related to me and are asking me for $500 to reactivate the account.. What a scam support
BSV support is very bad and they make stupid and illogical decisions.. They say that I violated the rules but I did not.. The customer who contacted me sent his contact information and I did not send or ask him for the information.. I also warned him and told him that this is prohibited on the site.. But after the customer sent his information after a few hours they suspended my account instead of the customer’s account.. What does all this have to do with me? No, and with all impudence, technical support asks me for $500 for that.. In order to activate the account. They exploit this matter to make more money.. And whenever I open a ticket, they close it immediately and there is no evidence to prove that I sent or asked for contact information in any way
I have never encountered technical support in my life that exploits and makes more money like this bad technical support, frankly. Until now, they have not activated the account. Be careful of support and site managers, they are random and do not abide by their own laws.

I used to buy here a lot but
I used to buy here a lot. but recently I had a seller sell me a bunch of amazon cards, around 700$ worth and after a few days, they were charged back. When I contacted the website support to report the issue, they said they can't help me since there is only a 24 hour period of warranty provided by the website. So the seller can keep issuing stolen card and charge them back after selling them, making them a ton of money while having buyers lose out. There isn't a way to even report or ban the seller. The website is bent on just a 24 hours support system. These fraud sellers have found their gold mine.
I can see others have reported this same issue with a bad review. My ticket no is 112731 incase the website owners want to see it, they repied to another review by mentioning that they take these issues seriously, but mine was tossed aside
Edit: Since BSV replied to me, the buyer has not helped me in 3 weeks, he has only given me excuses and is ghosting me now.
As for the part of not knowing who is at cause, the seller has acknowledged his mistake, but BSV wont take action against it big sellers who are scamming aswell. The support on this site is a joke. They attract scammers
Final Edit: I was able to recover some of the money after messaging website support. they pushed the seller to fix the issue but if they had pushed a bit more, I couldve recovered all of it.
Website has a way to go, but something is better than nothing
Edit july 2026: I updated my review to 4 stars now because the site still has the best fees among all gift card trading sites out there. The site still needs some work but its good overall.

For example, outside of the dispute we cannot know whether your Amazon account was set to the US region, whether a VPN or proxy was used, how many gift cards were redeemed in sequence, whether a US-based payment card was linked to your account, the purchase amount you tried to pay from your balance, or which specific items were being purchased — all of which can be relevant factors when Amazon restricts balances. From the screenshot you shared, Amazon does not explicitly state that the problem lies with the gift cards themselves, but only refers to a violation of their terms and conditions.
In any case, as far as we can see from your correspondence, the seller has not refused to help and is continuing to investigate the matter with their supplier, even outside the dispute process. From our side, we will closely monitor the development of this case and will do everything possible on our part to help clarify the situation.
