Unfair and inconsistent treatment of sellers
I’ve been using BuySellVouchers for a long time, and I’m very disappointed with how they handle seller policies.
They removed my product without a valid reason while allowing other sellers to offer the exact same type of listings under the same category.
Their rules are unclear, and decisions seem inconsistent from one seller to another.
When I tried to clarify the issue, the support team replied with generic messages instead of giving a clear answer.
It’s frustrating to see double standards on a platform that claims to be fair and transparent.
I hope they improve their communication and apply the same rules to everyone equally.

This is my second review of this website. The support is generally unhelpful, act intentionally dumb and gloss over issues or concerned raised. You could raise a lot of concerns and support will just reply with a short hasty response that barely addresses the issue raised. Rude support closes your ticket even without addressing your issues.
The website itself is poorly designed with many features and functions not working as intended especially on mobile. Important notifications especially that already configured on Telegram and email confirmation codes hardly goes through, and no it isn't because it is sent to spam or other filters, it just doesn't arrive in your email unless maybe you request several times.
Bad policy around manual delivery that encourages sellers with no intention of delivering orders to waste buyer's time for good 24 hours after which, they refund your money without fees to your internal wallet which also requires fees to withdraw. So, you'll literally not be getting your complete money back when a refund is issued to you because a seller failed to deliver the product you purchased. Same website has issues with product similar to those already offered on the site and then reject products from genuine sellers with serious intention about selling on their site without any sensible reasons. This was my initial complaint to support which was ignored and ticket closed.
Deceptive offers created to purposely mislead buyers. Lots of offers on the site have misleading products value created purposely to inflate the discount offered which could mislead unsuspecting buyers about the actual value of the gift card or product they're buying, and guess what? This kind of practice is fine by the platform and they allow it, but would reject other listings without any sane reasons. Some listings are totally missing crucial details in title or description, but created to offer ridiculous discounts without clear details on the exact value you're getting when you purchase such products, and this is absolutely fine by the platform unless of course, you're trying to list your own product which is similar to those already found on the site and they don't accept it for some vague reasons.
A terrible service overall which any potential customers would find alarming, but website administrator doesn't seem to care.
Update: As expected, same unhelpful responses and reply that fails to address main issues raised.
No, your support didn't adequately address my last two tickets on your site, responded hastily and closed one of the tickets without addressing my issue.
Yes, you refunded only the commission that initially supposed to have been refunded to original payment wallet used. I stated in my original review that in addition to these commissions, you also get charged another withdrawal fee which as expected you pretended not to see but instead dwelling on refunding a commission to an internal wallet which would still require paying another fee if I ever decided to withdraw my funds. I didn't withdraw my funds as a result of this but instead decided to use the balance for purchase on the site!
You're asking me for specific offers on your site? For real? Check your own listings which you approved yourself and see the myriads of misleading offers with inflated values aimed to deceive buyers about the actual discounts on a product and its value.
You allowed several of these deceptive listings to go live on your site despite your acclaimed compliance process, it's such as shame. But, reject genuine listings similar to the same products already found on your website from me and possibly other sellers for vague reasons. You also choose to pretend you didn't see this complaint in my initial review.

Yes, you replied to my previous post. But I was not aware of any such ban. I did not receive any e-mail from your site. If I had, I would have seen it. We stated in the support request that it be in 2024. But I did not see anything of the sort. You responded to the support request I opened exactly 2 hours later and I did not even see that. I did not receive any e-mail. My seller account is suspended and I have a balance of $182 in it. I cannot withdraw it. You are asking me to extort $100 for this reason. I would not share my contact information with a buyer who asks for it (I did not know this). I do not want to pay $100 extortion. At least pay me my seller balance on the site. Or forgive my account once.

bought Apple gift card codes on October 10–11, 2025 for a total of over $560 (orders #45431376 and #45424372, paid in crypto).
The codes activated successfully, and my Apple balance reached around $750, but a few days later all funds disappeared — my purchases were blocked and the balance vanished.
The seller told me “don’t buy from me anymore” and BuySellVouchers refused to help, saying their guarantee is only 24 hours.
Now I’ve lost $750, and the platform does nothing to protect buyers from stolen or revoked gift cards.

It was also explicitly stated that the card is region-locked and can only be redeemed from within the United States. Despite these multiple warnings, you proceeded with the purchase from Bangladesh, which is outside the supported region.
The seller provided you with the correct link to the official reward center, where the system automatically restricted access because your region did not match the required one. When the same link is opened from a U.S. IP address, it works normally and requests standard verification information for activation.
The seller also communicated transparently and repeatedly explained the reason for the issue — that the card cannot be activated outside its intended region and that the product was delivered valid and working as listed.
In this case, there was no scam, no fake link, and no system failure. The problem arose solely because the regional restrictions were ignored. We always encourage buyers to read the product details carefully before completing a purchase, especially for region-specific items.

BuySellVoucher Has Turned Into a Scam Platform — Beware
To be honest, when I first started using this website in 2021, it was absolutely great. I purchased many gift cards and other services without any issues. However, since 2023, when suppliers began offering long-term services like 12-month YouTube Premium subscriptions, Spotify and .... the experience has completely changed.
Many of these sellers are scammers. After one or two months, they stop providing the service, and you can’t get your money back. What’s even worse is that the website owner and the BuySellVoucher team don’t seem to care about this issue at all.
I’ve lost my money for the third time now. I purchased a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription, but the supplier stopped providing the service after just one month. Even after I filed a complaint with customer support several times, they took no action. Those scam sellers are still active on the platform, continuing to deceive others.
It’s clear that this website only cares about its commission and not about protecting its customers’ money.
