Since I am getting no response from T&M I attempted to message Bvg through their website - it doesn't work "There Has Been An Error, Please Try Again Later"
I'm certainly not spending 10p per minute phoning them.
Totally shabby outfit.

What customer service?
Well, I bought an Aerobike electrically assisted bicycle from BVG and I have to say that by and large I love my bike. That is not say that there haven't been issues though. The bike was ridiculously over geared when supplied and was almost impossible to ride. I cured this by fitting a smaller chain ring. This transformed the bike completely. It also had an equally ridiculous saddle. Maybe more suited to a racing bike but this is not a racing bike!
The tyres were lethal on anything other than perfectly smooth dry roads so needed to change those too. Now, these are probably just personal preference issues and should not be listed as criticisms.
The following are criticisms though.
After about 100 miles or so of use the left hand pedal just came out of the crank! Just pulled the thread clean out! I replaced the faulty crank with a steel one from a local supplier. Now the reason for the 1 star.
Customer service? forget it! I have tried on two occasions via seperate means to get a response from BVG about this issue but nothing, no response whatsoever other an e mail receipt.
OK, not an expensive bike compared to some but it is still an £800 purchase and I expect better when things go wrong.
Would I recommend it? NO.
