Awful I have been emailing to get a returns label for some items of clothing I bought for the last week and a half (by the way the clothing items are just awful) and have not had any response! First and last time I order! If I don’t get a response soon il take further! Do not bother waste of time and money!

*UPDATE* still no response from chloe ferry’s team regarding my returns label I have submitted a complaint with trading standards who have advised me on next steps and to contact my bank for refund in the first instance. How this celebrity gets away with taking hard earned money is beyond me. AVOID PEOPLE!! wish I done more research on reviews as I can see I’m not the only one scammed by this business

0 STARS! HOW THIS ''CELEBRITY ' IS GETTING AWAY BY SELLING FAKE DESIGNER ITEMS? BOUGHT SOME BOOKS THINKING THEY ARE REAL AND LEGIT DESIGNER PRODUCTS - SEEMS THEY ARE JUST OLD AND STINKY RANDOM BOOKS WITH A STICKERS ON IT! SHAME ON YOU ! IM CONTACTING DAILY MAIL RE THIS MATTER

Customer service is VERY POOR - this was my first and last purchase that I will ever be making, took AGES to be delivered all in all wasn’t given a tracking number even after numerous emails being sent - advice Chloe if you are going to be living this lavish life style and putting it up on Snapchat maybe you check on your employees as they don’t seem to be doing their jobs properly remember this company is yours - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Really quite disappointed for my 1st purchase, I got the new eye mask and eyebrow soap, lip plumping gloss in shade fudge and her pink selfie light that is signed by her as a new promotion on her website (currently), they arrived in a pink bubble wrapped envelope which looked secure but clearly wasn’t, the eye mask box and the signed selfie light box was damaged like they had fallen or been dropped, it’s made me think twice about ordering again. Very disappointed. They need to upgrade their packaging system into boxes or something so products and packaging don’t look bent or scrunched up. It’s not a good look especially when ur spending hard earned money/savings and paying for postage!

Delivery arrived I was so excited!! Then I opened the products, very poor lip liner for the money and lip gloss was just as bad. I could have purchased the same thing in primark or poundland. Please please ladies be careful I love Chloe but the makeup is really not worth the money SHAME!

Bought a slimming face mask off my slim beauty after I saw Chloe Ferry prompt it on her Snapchat. I bought it on 9th April and still not received it. Sent numerous email and no reply. Site is a scam don’t waste your money..!

Total scam. Do not shop or buy. Absolute trash

Recently bought a bundle of wax melts and was disappointed that barely any smell came off them (you could just about smell if you were standing over the lamp) after opening all 7 packets i gave up trying and put them in the bin :( will not be purchasing again!

Such a shame the customer service was a let down, emailed several times but no response.

5* plus!!!! I've followed chloe for a long time and when she started this I have always wanted to order! I finally got some wax melts and my god they are amazing! The smell is just WOW 😍 I've had it in my lamp for 2 mins and my home smells incredible! Thankyou Chloe! Also when I had questions I got instant replies from your team ❤ thankyou guys Xxxx

I absolutely love the mini gel bags i ordered, they were exactly what i expected and i have taken sooo many cute pictures with them that i posted and my likes blew up😂, the shipping was perfectly in time and the service was impecable. I want to order more bags and products!!! Im actually obsessed!! Keep up the amazing work!❤️

So many things to choose from, the wax sizzlers smell amazing, last so long and so easy to clean and swap! Soap sponges are great for yourself and perfect for cleaning makeup brushes! Definitely order more when I run out.

I can’t have a bath without the bath dust or a bath bomb! I love the sponges they are great at taking fake tan off and leave your skin feeling so soft!!!

The wax burners and melts are in literally every room of my house and smell amazing!

I shop at ferry homely all the time absolutely love their products! I love the fact that my house smells amazing and I match can the smell with my bath products to. I love the creed! There’s only one problem I can’t stop buying stuff lol. I highly recommend using the soap sponges your skin feels so good afterwards and clean. 5*
