Would give it no stars if it could!
Ordered a bag with a ore order time of 7-10 working days.

Completely forgot I even ordered it until geordie shore was on mtv and it reminded me.

Luckily i paid through PayPal so opened a case. They responded to say the colour I wanted was out of stock (black) and to check the website for a grey one. Replied I didn’t want grey and requested a refund and got ignored.

Sent two follow up emails and both ignored.

Hopefully I’ll get my money back through PayPal, lucky I didn’t just use my bank card as usual as I didn’t check the reviews before purchasing.

Definitely a lesson learnt for the future!! 🤬

I recently bought chloe ferry’s sunglasses ,Tammy pink , don’t buy there , really disappointed with the quality , they keep falling of my head , they feel massive , would not buy these , they are expensive and not good quality

Yesterday (Wednesday 8th April 2020) a ordered chloe ferry Eve lashes which had just first come back into stock and received them Thursday 9th April 2020 and they are just so perfect🙈 love the fullness of lashes anyway n these are just the wreet ens🥳 xo

Ordered the matte liquid lipstick in the shade summer packaging is decent when I opened the lipstick it was messy applied it and it looks dreadful! I’m so disappointed as it looked so nice on the chloeferrycosmetic page 😩

Ordered a lip gloss on Sunday night and paid extra for next day delivery so it should of arrived on Tuesday as cut off for next day it 3.30pm on Monday. My item did not arrive till Wednesday. I have emailed 3 times with no response just an automated email about her selfie light which I have not even ordered. I have messaged them on Instagram and still no response. It’s been a week since my first email. Wouldn’t have minded if I actually liked the lipstick but it smells cheap and it’s so sticky. Would never buy from this site again. Terrible customer service.

Ordered my faux fur gilet as modelled by Chloe Ferry on Hustle and wow 🤩 turned up today after ordering only 2 days ago and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Soft faux fur and pockets which I wasn’t expecting.

Avoid buying!! I purchased a few dresses - the quality the stitching was coming loose - I emailed a few times - no response - I opened a case with pay pal - they responded the next day - I then returned the item and 3 weeks later no refund - I have escalated my case to eBay to get my refund - absolutely awful customer service and I wish I read these reviews before buying from here

Ordered a Signed selfie light with 3-5 days delivery. Didn’t receive it for 2 weeks until I emailed asking where it’s at, kept getting automated emails saying they’ll get back to me in up to 2 working days time. Finally got an actual email asking if they had the correct address and whether Royal Mail left a red calling card which they didn’t. Haven’t heard back since (except for the automated emails) very disappointing, really had a lot of respect for Chloe Ferry, did not expect this at all. 3 weeks on and I’m still hoping it was just a pre order and that it will turn up soon.

*update*
The light came last week, brilliant condition, just poor management and customer service. After days of badgering them, it paid off and they sent a replacement, It’s possible that the light got lost?

DO NOT BUY!! orders 2 items at a value of £60 over a month ago. I have received nothing! I have emailed them 4 times and messaged on Insta gram and face book but no one will reply. Total rip off !!!!!

Ordered 2 selfie lights. Only 1 turned up in the post. Have emailed numerous times and tried to message on other social media accounts with no response whatsoever. Shocking customer service and waste of money as they have not responded and had no money back for what they owe me. DO NOT BUY

Ordered two eye shadow palettes for my sister for christmas £50 worth and £5 delivery and not received my items. Been trying to email them with no response. Have facebooked them with no response. They dont have a phone number to call either so a big waste of money. And my friends have had similar problems too.

I ordered a lip gloss and the brush set from Chloe Ferry. They arrived 3 weeks late. The lip gloss was a lot lighter than it advertised on the website. Almost white in colour. The brush set is of awful quality. Everytine I use a brush the bristles come off on my face. They are not smooth at all. They are constantly poking my face and coming off in my make up. I would not recommend any of these products.

Please stay away from ordering through this website. I ordered over £50 worth of cosmetics and paid extra for delivery but didn't receive my items. I sent 3 email but didn't receive any response. There is no phone number on the website to contact their customer services either. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if they can help in this case. I wish I had never ordered - such a waste of money and time.
